I ordered the books months ago. They claim they were delivered to my home. I was going to give them to my grandchildren. I have interacting with them about a month. They took my money but I never received the books. Over two hundred dollars gone. They accused me of losing them. Many many texts and emails like I have nothing better to do. I would never recommend them. The business is in it for their pocket. Don’t buy from them!!!!

I signed up for my granddaughter in another state last December 2024 for an overly priced set of books.
Reviews were good and I wanted to share the gospel. I was happy with the year of stories.
HOWEVER I was just charged for a second year 12/2/25! They kept my credit card on file for a year! and automatically signed me up for another year! It was $240 last year and I can’t afford another year! I NEVER okayed another year nor was I in contact with them to do so!
This is fraud as the Brave customer service was emailing me back and forth (reading my objections) and I thought it would be a simple misunderstanding on THEiR part.

They WAITED (like a snake) not informing me that a FULL years charge was coming any day. I had no idea!!!
I called my credit card company but the SNEAkY charge was on there already.
I will fight this. They are dishonest.
Basically the Brave Scam dept. Said sorry to lose you but we can’t refund !!!!
What? They don’t even send the first book of the monthly series until January!!!!!
So WATCH OUT don’t be stupid Christians cause that’s what they are counting on!!

Great messages for kids told in an easily accessible form. My kids love the stories and I love that they learn a Biblical message that grips them.

So disappointed in customer service. The cancellation process is terrible. The AI customer support is terrible. I expected better from this company.

I have repeatedly tried to suspend my account. I don't want to cancel my subscription but I would like to pause it for a time.

Love the books, sending to my grand girls & grandson.

We paid for the year subscription to brave plus and most of the shows still need to be purchased on the app. It is a bummer to spend so much money for good wholesome shows for our little ones and then still only get to watch a couple because then others need to be purchased.

These books are well written, thought provoking, colorful and entertaining. I enjoyed the storylines and the games in the back of the books. Excellent messages for all
ages.
