Hello James,
According to our records, you purchased a prescription with 11 refills. You had the opportunity to cancel at any time but did not. As a result you were charged for the subsequent refill. We have canceled your future prescription refills, and as a courtesy refunded your refill charge.
Product is more expensive than must as does not work the way it is advertised very little results if any.

First of all the product they have is not sublingual, second they charged me 160 dollars twice while online they offered others cheaper costs. Once I called them on this they then offered at lower cost! Hey there are better alternatives to what they are offering at a lower price. The another thing the product is not sublingual, I dissolved the capsules in my mouth. They worked but better products are on the market

I've tried a few different options, but this is the first one that consistantly delivers. Also them being based out of the US adds a lot of confidence to the products quality.
