Steve 40 turned up and after taking his obligatory photos set to fixing the problem, He was polite and friendly and efficent. Quality and Quick. Resolved the problem within 10 mins, I wish some of my emloyees were that focused! Big up for Steve many thanks young man goes to the top of my Xmas card list!

Incredible service - picked us up from a dangerous spot and brought us home. Top job!

Appalling service from the RAC took five days to recover my car. Impossible to get through to them on the phone failed to turn up and then told me I was wrong and they had turned up.

Can’t even make a formal complaint and when I tried to cancel my contract they want to charge me for the pick up that took them five days and they want to charge an administration fee of 80pounds! Do not use the RAC. I have never experienced such a dreadful level of service.

The breakdown service this company offers is amazing. Milo is a credit to the company, the help, the consideration, the knowledge and the care from Milo was amazing

Excellent arrived in 20 min and good price

Brilliant service on a cold Jan evening with my new car grounded on a car park curb & the front valance hanging half off!
My call for help was met with calm reassurance of help within 30 to 40 mins.
Keith was a star. Experienced, calm & down to earth.
He soon had the car jacked up & the valance secured with an impressive cable tie that got me home.
Charges very reasonable. Very grateful & cannot recommend highly enough

Excellent service. Friendly an prompt comms. Arrived on the time stated and let me know when vehicle was delivered. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks.

Whatever you do don’t ask All Herts Recovery telephone number 01923750442 they are the most corrupt , dishonest and unreliable company. Also very very rude when you try to call them. Worst £180 we have spent

Efficient, reliable, and unparalleled - the ultimate recovery service provider

Unprofessional staff
They tell you price over the phone then they come load your car as for more.
It’s a scam don’t use them many light companies online

I used Breakdown Recovery Ltd on two occasions. They were able to accommodate the times I needed on both occasions. Drivers were Tony and Jamie, they both arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Very good value for money. Very good service, serious people, I strongly recommend this Company. Last but not least, the truck driver was very kind and helpful.

Outstanding service. Ordered towing from Car Centre Garage in Croydon to my place. Helped me to sort out the battery issues, although car centre was extremely slow and traffic was extremely busy. Got the job done brilliantly. Really appreciate their service. Excellent job for reasonable price.

Great service at a fair price. Driver was very polite, helpful and engaging. Would definitely recommend

Callum was able to slot me in quickly. It went very smoothly on the day. The driver was super friendly and helpful too! I would highly recommend him. I don't hope/plan to need a recovery service again but if I did I would definitely use Breakdown Recovery again.

Just perfect! Called Breakdown ltd evening time (middle of london) and i was sorted. Driver giving updates on his way wich is reassuring when u wait :) and they are so polite.Price was awesome also 1000% recommend. Thank you guys

Paul was fantastic and within 30 minutes confirmed he could have a recovery truck pick up my car which had been left for two months. It was impossible for me to be there but were so accommodating and carried it out on their own. Cars were parked in behind it but they still managed to get it on the truck and it was delivered safely home to my driveway that day. Paul kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was also really surprised by the cost which was amazing. I would 100% recommend and use them if I ever needed to again.

Fantastic team! Turned up in the hour with a competitive quote and helped move my car. We drove around looking for the best spot to drop it off and it was all great. Highly recommend!!!

I got a quote for my breakdown almost immediately and the driver arrived exactly on time as promised by Paul. The driver was great and helpful and went above and beyond.
