Excellent service and quick turnaround
Very pleased with the service from Breakfree Computers. The replacement wireless antenna kit was dispatched promptly and arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition.
I have not yet fitted the antenna, so I cannot comment on its performance at this stage, but the purchasing experience and communication have been excellent.
Based on the service received, I would be very happy to purchase from Breakfree Computers again.

Great but I question the testing
Order arrived promptly and well packaged, i wont hesistate to order again and have been looling for new ideas already. My only issue is that one of the 3 mini pcs that i bought has 2 dodgy displayport ports, one fully broken and the other only half works when you hold the cable in a certain position. If i wasnt running it headless it would have been returned, but it makes me question how well tested this gear is, as this one is very obvious

We’re sorry to hear about the DisplayPort issue with one of the three mini PCs, and we completely understand why this would raise concerns about our testing process.
We test all machines when they arrive with us and again before dispatch, including checking the ports. While this particular issue appears to have occurred despite those checks, it is also worth noting that issues of this nature can occasionally arise due to factors such as static discharge or movement during transit. We appreciate your feedback and will review our testing process to ensure we are doing everything possible to identify issues like this before dispatch.
DisplayPort and other connectivity issues can occasionally also be affected by external factors such as the power supply, cables, adapters or the power setup being used, particularly where multiple PCs are connected to the same power strip. However, we would be happy to investigate your particular unit rather than make assumptions about the cause.
Although you are currently using the PC headless, we would still like to offer a solution. We can either arrange a replacement PC or, if you would prefer to keep the current unit, extend your warranty from two years to three years.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate it and will use it to help improve our testing and quality-control processes.

This will be the second pc I have…
This will be the second pc I have ordered from this company. As my previous experience with Breakfree Computers this latest order didn't disappoint. Quality machine, looked almost new, packaged very well and to top it all was delivered the day after.
Excellent quality, excellent service.
