I’m really happy with my purchase from Breda.

The watch is absolutely beautiful , very elegant, delicate, and it looks even more expensive than it is. It has such a unique design and feels more like a piece of jewelry than a watch.

Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this brand.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was having the crystal replaced on a Breda watch for my daughter. Communication was on point. The turn around was delayed (I'm sure with the holidays) but they went ABOVE and BEYOND all expectations to make it right and arrive in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Customer service was great for me as I was originally planning to return a watch I bought and team members assisted me in very reasonable response times, after seeing the watch itself it was better than I expected and have since decided to keep it, definitely worth it and a great brand!

I love that Breda features unique watches that are unique. I had search for months until I found Breda.com and found my dream watch. It was limited edition and I'm thrilled to have caught it when I did. I would suggest signing up for their newsletter to be notified of limited editions coming up so you don't miss them. Also, thier customer service is awesome!

Overall, the amazing customer service. I gave a watch ring to my granddaughter for her birthday, and she decided she did not like it, even after she picked it out. I was one day out of the return window. I texted Breda immediately on a Sunday, I had a reply on Monday morning that I could still return the ring as long as it was in good shape. I did not have the photos of the ring with me at work, but Breda's kind reply to me was " No rush, no worries". My experience with Breda, is I definitely will purchase with this company in the future. Thanks Breda

I love my Breda watches. They are so elegant and cool. There’s never a time I don’t get complimented while wearing. There was an issue with the system(order cancelled, item was sold out), customer service reached out almost immediately. I was able to reorder. I was even given overnight shipping-on them. I received my refunds within a few days. Watch arrived, literally overnight. I’ve already had the watch adjusted and worn :) :)

I had a breeze getting my watch repaired with BREDA warranty.

It was a wonderful experience shopping at Breda. Even though the item was lost in transit, they were extremely helpful and quick in dealing with the situation. Thank you Breda ❤️

I bought a watch for my wife for our anniversary
She opened it on our date, it didn't work, she was very upset and it ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion
You told me you would send me a battery and I could pay to have it replaced at a watch repair store. We don't know that it's the battery, it may just be a broken watch. Even if it's just the battery I don't want to take a brand new watch to a repair store!!! Why did I pay over $200 for that??? I just want to send it back to you and get my money back.
You said I could pay $10 AND buy my own label to return it which is not acceptable. This is not me making a return because I didn't like something, this is me dealing with your NON FUNCTIONING PRODUCT
After I placed this order, mysteriously my debit card was compromised so I had to cancel that card and have a new card. So even if I WANTED to do your return portal, it wouldn't work because you can't select the return payment method.
I asked several times how to deal with that and you never responded. Now it's past the return window and I can't do ANYTHING and you guys won't respond.

Repaired my watch at no cost (just shipping), which they ended up waiving because of a delay. I’m so happy with the watch I bought and I’m so glad to have it back and repaired so I can wear it again.

Breda was so easy to work with in replacing my battery and has the best support! I love my watch so much as it is classic and timeless.

Canceled my order for no reason, tried to get in contact and the number they gave me to call was a scam number that tried to sell me medical devices and they did not respond to emails. Bad customer service.

When they finally did respond, they refused to take accountability and made it sound like they just ran out of stock and did not intentionally cancel my order. They have not once addressed their phone line which absoluley is a scam line. I would not recommend anyone use this site.

I absolutely LOVE my Breda watch!!

I have had it for several years and it is still beautiful and working well. I recently had to get the battery changed and Breda made it so easy to fix.

I’ve had my BREDA watch for a while now, and it quickly became one of my favorite pieces. When I ran into an issue with it, I reached out to their team, and I was truly impressed by how responsive, thoughtful, and professional they were throughout the process.

Even when a mix-up occurred with my original delivery, BREDA stayed communicative and helpful. It turns out the original package had been misplaced by a neighbor and eventually found months later but the way BREDA handled everything before that was a true reflection of a company that cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

Not only are their watches stylish and well-made, but their customer service is top-tier. That level of integrity is rare, and it's why I’ll continue to support and recommend them.
