Company is a scam, misrepresentation of products. Impossible to get in touch, make it impossible to return products. If you are buying from them make sure you cover all bases and look at all fine print.

Very complicated and tedious to build


It took 2 of us 5 days to complete. The instructions were reasonably easy to follow but there were so many parts! The holes for many screws were too small and had to be drilled out. Especially in the base and support struts for the lid.
The plastic coating of the panels is easily damaged.
There are many very sharp edges and this is an ongoing concern for continued use.
Once built we are generally ok with the finished product. It does the job it was bought for.

Not that great

Item arrived bent and bashed in some areas. The construction took a very long time. The doors do not line up. The lock is not safe and can easilly be opened without a key

I ordered a metal garden shed

I ordered a metal garden shed, I’ve paid a lot of money for someone to come out and fix it, I’m now left with a shed with missing panel.
So dissatisfied and no contact number, in the mean time I’ve half a shed built, which will probably damage it.

Missing parts on parasol

Missing parts on parasol, have filled in online forms twice, never get any response. The parasol is ok, the base is ok, neither have the connecting pole included, so it won't stand it up! Useless customer service.
Since Breeins replied: amazing the quick response on here but nothing from the email webforms to customer services on their website. I bought Breein products via BrandAlley with missing parts, definitely not an error in terms of review. I have been trying to contact Breeins for weeks, no response except to discredit my review here.

Unresponsive customer service

I ordered a parasol that arrived with missing parts, and I have been trying to resolve the issue through customer service. The only solution offered was to wait up to four weeks for a replacement part. Given that this is a parasol intended for summer use, that is simply not an acceptable solution. I require a replacement parasol.
Customer service responds only once per day, and I have now gone five days without any response at all. As a result, resolving this issue has taken far longer than it should.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Breeins to anyone. My next step may be to make a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider to recover my money and to report the matter to Trading Standards.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if they do not want to face a similar experience.

I JUST WANT A REFUND!

I ordered a 6x4 metal shed directly from Breeins which arrived in unacceptable condition, with multiple dents and scratches to the side panels. The product is clearly damaged and not fit for use.

What has made this experience even worse is the customer service. Instead of arranging a straightforward collection and refund, the company repeatedly tried to offer partial discounts for me to keep a damaged item. I was even advised to try and sell the shed on myself despite the fact it arrived damaged in the first place.

I have made it clear from the beginning that I simply want the faulty item collected and a full refund issued, yet this has turned into an exhausting back-and-forth over email because there are no proper customer service contact details available on their website.

Very disappointing experience overall. Poor product quality, poor aftercare, and extremely frustrating customer service. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.

Ordered the 10ftx8ft metal garden shed

Ordered the 10ftx8ft metal garden shed! If you can get past the flimsy metal parts that most can be folded using one hand! Took two days to build and trying to watch videos of something similar as there are not videos for these sheds anywhere! Pointless! Instructions should only be used as a light guidance as they are useless! Most parts don’t line up with Assembly pictures if you can actually work out the pictures! Would never buy again and would advise others to go for something better

They cancelled my order without talking to me

Ordered two sheds and put a note saying we needed urgent delivery in hopes they would mark them as urgent or at least make an attempt to process the order faster. However I woke up to an email from them at 2am saying they couldn’t ship them that quick and they had cancelled our order. I spend a day trying to reach someone via their email address or live chat with no success.
So now I am left without anything and have to wait 5 days to see if I get my money back before even being able to order any new sheds.
Wish I’d picked a company where they had humans working for them.

Cheap and nasty, poor communication and not particularly helpful

I purchased at the end of December but because of illness was unable to build my metal shed until the beginning of May. There was a piece missing and I contacted the company (no phone number, I'm sure emails come back from somewhere distant from the UK as its so slow) hoping for a free replacement but expecting to have to pay, which is what I was prepared to do. However, it seems that they are unable to help and I'm disappointed that's the case maybe I can find a piece of aluminum that I can adapt (hmmm). The product is of very poor quality really, I didnt expect it was going to be a secure solution, but I am somewhat surprised about how poor - the lock hasp and staple can be bent using fingers! Ensure that when putting in the screws, get it right first time as they are self-tappers and end up being a bit loose if you have to remove and then reattach. I did manage to do it by myself (just about) and it took maybe 6-8 hours. The best I can say about the product is that it hides what's inside, so I do use a number of locks on the bicycles inside.

Reply I received to the message above - "We would genuinely like to investigate the issue you mentioned regarding the missing part and your concerns about the product quality. However, after checking our system, we have unfortunately been unable to locate an order matching the information provided in this review."

Email I received directly from them BEFORE the above was posted - "We currently do not have DX2 parts in stock. They will need to be shipped from the supplier by sea, which will take approximately 6-8 weeks. This maybe too long for you. We suggest you check locally to see if there are any suitable parts available.
And screws and bolts are common and are available at hardware stores. Maybe you can also try to buy them on your local. Hope you can understand."

The ordering process and delivery were…

The ordering process and delivery were very easy and efficient. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and carried all of the heavy boxes to where i needed them. The product itself i feel is good value for the price paid. The only disappointment is the installation instructions. They are not very clear and some of the items were wrongly labelled. As a result it took considerably longer and was a lot more difficult and frustrating than the website and instruction booklet suggested. I looked on UTube and that was equally vague. I am sure the installation booklet could be significantly clearer
