I purchased a gold and garnet ring from Brennmore Jewelry for my birthday last year. Just after the one-year mark, I noticed that two of the small diamonds had fallen out.

I reached out to the company, but because the warranty had expired only two months prior, they would not offer replacement stones or any form of resolution. This was really disappointing, especially considering the price point of the ring. For something that wasn’t inexpensive, I would expect it to last much longer than a year without losing stones.

I chose Brennmore specifically because I wanted a piece of jewelry that would hold up over time. If I had known this would happen so quickly, I would have opted for a lower-cost option instead.

I’m sharing this here because Etsy does not allow reviews after 100 days. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the quality of the ring did not hold up, and the customer service did not offer a reasonable solution.

Based on my experience, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Every item I have bought has exceeded my expectations. I have always received my items within the time frame provided, usually earlier than expected, and, to my surprise, the items are even better looking in person than online.

This company is awesome. They are very honorable! I was afraid because I had a return. First off, the quality of their jewelry is superb. Beautiful! They handled my return as smooth as can be. They promptly gave me a refund. And, was very pleasant during the whole process. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Very reputable.

I ordered a bracelet from Brennmore and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m really glad I did. It looks clean and elegant, and it honestly looks better in person than in the photos.
