SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
I ordered two jumpsuits from this company. They finally arrived after 2.5 weeks, but unfortunately they were far too short. On the very same day, I contacted Breuer to tell them I needed to return the items. That was in January!
After 19 emails back and forth, I finally received the return address. Sending the package back to China cost me another €49. Now the tracking has shown for over a month that the package has arrived in the recipient’s region, but nothing has happened since.
I will probably never get my money back. This whole thing is a huge scam!!

ordered 24.04.2026 - no sending / delivery until today (09.05.2026) and no response from anybody.

"customer support" never answers to complaints and e-mails.

The customer service touted by the company is completely non-existent. After sending a total of seven messages to customer service, I received absolutely no response. The cancellation terms stipulated by law appear to be completely ignored. I have reported this matter to the consumer protection agency and am considering filing a police report if Breuermode continues to fail to respond to my inquiries.

Ich stoße auf taube Ohren, obwohl ich mehrfach geschrieben habe. Ich finde keine Bezugsperson, egal, was ich tue.
Mein Konto ist bereits belastet. Meine Stornierungsversuche werden ebenfalls ignoriert.

15 Tage nach Erteilung des Auftrags ist die Ware noch immer nicht eingetroffen. Trotzdem wird kontinuierlich genervt mit Bitten um Beurteilung und Ankündigung des Eintreffens der Ware. Finger weg!

Nach 12 Tagen ist die Sendung immer noch nicht angekommen. Kundenservice nicht erreichbar.

Andauernde Hinhalte-E-Mails, die nur darauf abzielen, dass die 30 Tage Rückgabefrist verstreicht. Absolut kriminell und nicht empfehlenswert.

Scam Shop. Wierd thing is, google does not know. If searching for suits this shop is in google-shoping on top rankings. Too bad I did not check the Trustpilot ratings beforehand.
There is only one update regarding the shipping. After that its a black hole.

Leider versucht das Unternehmen weiterhin die Rückgabe zu verhindern.

Ware nach fast 3 Wochen immer noch nicht da. Sendungsstatus verändert sich nicht.
Keine Antwort auf Emails.
Bin ich wohl auf Betrug reingefallen. Schöner Mist.

A misleading website that suggests returns and exchanges are easy. Very long delivery time (4 weeks...). Extremely small sizes. Instead of XL, I probably need an XXXL (typical Chinese quality). Returns are practically impossible, as I would have to send the package back to China, as I discovered after the third email, even though I have a German address. Now I've been stuck for WEEKS and numerous emails regarding an exchange, which the website claims is simple and inexpensive. Is this just a stalling tactic until the customer gives up?!? I've never ordered from here again!

eigentlich Null Sterne. Nach 6 Tagen keine Kommunikation mit der Webseite, also keine Rückmeldung. Nur weitere Werbung sonst nichts.

Betrug, ware wird nicht geliefert. Werde Anzeige erstatten. Nichts als Ärger mit denen.

Größe ist völlig falsch angegeben im Shop. Gekauft wurde XXL. Wenn überhaupt ist es Xl in Wirklichkeit. Leider war ich zu spät über die Rezessionen gestolpert. Nicht zu empfehlen da die Ware irgendwo herkommt und nichts mit dem Modenamen zu tun hat welches einem suggeriert das die Ware aus Deutschland kommt.

Not a rating on the product, but haven’t heard from since ordering except promo emails and request to rate… poor lead time and poor delivery notifications/updates. Tracking shows little to no information…
