Ordered on 31.7.24 and waited for 2 weeks before trying to contact Brewser…I say ‘trying’ because contacting People on the dark side of the moon may well have been easier. There is no contact number (even with companies house or other searches). Various web searches say to contact through their portal - what portal? When using their website to email you then get options of what you want to talk about and when you click ‘where is my beer’ it tells you to use their customer portal!!!! Thoroughly unimpressed and not expecting to hear from them having now sent messages via three avenues.

Signed up for a taster pack and was promised '4 fresh beers'. When they arrived one was a month short of its expiry date and another one had no expiry date on it at all (a legal requirement). Customer service did not seem to think this was a big deal, only offering me some money off my next box. They ignored my follow-up email so I will not be subscribing.

Paid a one-off amount to try 4 of their beers. The email receipt clearly then said ‘subscription £0’ so I understandably thought I hadn’t signed up to anything. I hear nothing at all and then this morning was charged £29. Wouldn’t be so bad if I had an email asking what type of beers I like, or telling me they’re being prepared, but instead I got charged for something I didn’t sign up for. I emailed to cancel before beers were sent out but was still charged £6 for their costs so only partially refunded. After some back and forth via email I was then refunded the whole amount. Beers were good.

Great selection of breweries to choose from and customer service is top notch. Any issues are resolved quickly and easily. Overall best beer subscription that I have tried.

Undoubtedly the best beer delivery service. If you’re into craft beer, especially ales, this is the beer subscription service for you! Some of the best breweries in the country are signed up and it’s all so easy and convenient

As occasionally happens there’s a delay on a shipment of a special box but Brewser have noticed YODEL are back-logged. Brewser got in touch to warn us, but it was delivered expected.

Only had one order so far (Verdant) but I was impressed with what I received. Interesting beers I had not tried. Delivery was good and the cans were fresh. Looking forward to my next case!

I really wanted to find a way to get beers from my favourite brewery (Vault city) on a monthly basis. That's when I started using Brewser which does exactly that. although It took some time to get used to the website and the box system, I have now been using them for over a year and they have delivered exactly what I wanted.

I had been looking for a new beer subscription ever since the sad demise of BeerBods late in 2022.
I settled on Brewser and have to say so far I am very happy. I like the fact you can choose your brewery or go random and the pause function looks like a good idea but I haven't used it yet. All in all very happy.

Do you enjoy craft beer?
Prefer to choose what you receive as opposed to a random monthly box?
All I can say therefore is 'This is the way'
Almost 150 UK breweries to choose from, we all ought to know how varied that is.
Regrets I've had a few, but never about joining Brewser.
Truly a game changer for sampling great quality UK beer.

Phenomenal craft beer subscription. Huge selection of breweries including loads I'd never come across before. Excellent value for money with different options available. Would recommend to anyone.

I've tried a few other beer subscriptions before that have never really been that great for me, either the choice of breweries and beers was quite poor or it was from one brewery only and I grew bored of just one brewery.

The Brewser box works for me as I can change brewery every month, trying smaller breweries I have never tried before. The filter options to find the right style for your box is great. The fact that delivery is included in an already great price makes this even better. The option to pause it as well, especially in these difficult financial times, is a real plus.

Definitely a beer subscription I recommend to friends, or anyone that will listen really, as it helps people discover new breweries, new beers and all at a great price.

I have really enjoyed my Brewser experience so far. An easy, affordable way to buy and try fresh new craft beer. And with a great community on social media.

Excellent range of breweries, really like trying different beers from all over the UK.
Tried a few breweries so far and you get a great mix of beers from IPAs, sours and stouts.
There are options for dark beers, pale ales and some special boxes from time to time.

Good selections of core and seasonal/special beets from all the boxes I've had.
Accurate tracking and timely delivery.

Excellent selection of breweries and get to learn more about individual brewers by consistently trying their beers

I adore this service. The choice of breweries is amazing and the ability to choose or leave up to the knowledgeable people at Brewer is fantastic. It really does open the countries craft breweries to the enthusiast and allows exploration to your heart's content.
Having dealt with some of the team personally on occasions that breweries were no longer able to supply boxes or god forbid the card declined, they are awesome people too.
One very small improvement I would love to see would be a more prominent 'Request a Brewery' button. The rest of your customer base must have some gems they'd love to share!

By far the best independent beer subscription I've tried!

I'd love to travel the country visiting breweries and sampling their delights, but unfortunately time and money restraints hinder that ideal somewhat. Luckily, brewser came to my rescue 2 years ago and I've not looked back! Not only do I get to try a new brewery once a month (far more often than I used to) but all in the comfort of my own home, so I don't have to worry about any of that pesky travelling malarkey.

Only once has a box seemed undervalue, which was the very first month of operation, so down to teething problems and very quickly resolved. Ever since then, selection and value have been tip-top in every box!

I've seen a few rare reports of delivery issues, but I cannot support any of that, as I have never had one.

The interface online is so easy to use and makes choosing my next brewery so simple, even when drunk I can do it (which is rather useful, I must say).

The added benefits for when visiting some of the breweries is a great perk too.

Overall, I am incredibly happy with the service from Brewser and recommend any fermented beverage enthusiast to give it a go (unless beer is your least favourite beverage, but I think if you've read this far, that's unlikely).
