Good Service, Rral Bad Courier
As usual your service was vreat, BUT, Once again from my end ...your courier service was crap...ordered on Tuesday, I am in Aucklad....got the goods Friday arvi..I wantrd to brew that morning. This is the second or third time this has happened...before that I usually got the parcel the next day. I like you guys so I will give it one more go, BUT taking 4 days is no good for me , I need something more reliable..if it happens again I will have to try and sort out a local supplier again.

Prompt and efficient
I like the website and the interface etc, works well. Order processing and delivery is fast and packaging is good.
Great experience really, my only issue is that there seems to be a lot of stuff out of stock. Guess im too slow to order...

You had run out of Muntons Yorkshire…
You had run out of Muntons Yorkshire bitter when I tried to order this week, last order you had no Carbonization drops. I am now using a different supplier who seems to carry a better stock than yourselves.

Voucher winner !!
Most of this purchase was made care of a voucher from Brew Shop at the NZ Federation of Amateur Winemakers and Brewers biennial competition held recently in Kumeu.
