Great experience, was able to get the retired Star Wars set my son desperately wanted for his birthday, delivered within a week to Australia for a reasonable price. Box was very slightly damaged (may have happened during shipping, although it was packed well) but as set is for an 8yo to build, that was not a problem for us. Would purchase again for sure.

Have continued to enjoy BricksDirect and the sets they offer, for numerous orders. Most options have better prices than local retailers, and depending on how you group your sets/selections, you can often save a lot on shipping as well.

HORRIBLE customer service!! I contacted this company FOUR times via email trying to cancel my order because all the "order updates" ever said was that it was "backordered or being processed". I didn't think it would reach my in time for Christmas. I never received a response until right before my order shipped. I had already purchased it from a different company. It would have cost over $300 to return. Now I am stuck with a $200 Lego set I do not need. DO NOT order from BricksDirect!
