Bridge Air Avaliações

Hanook, was amazing. So patient while I sorted out who was going and on what dates. His service is excellent. Don't hesitate to use his service and take the stress out of booking your own flights. I dud worry if this was a genuine company. But im sat in Bristol Airport waiting to board my flight, and they took all the stress out of my first solo flight since my husband died. Thank you for a great service. Happily recommend you to anyone!

This was such a easy process, adan helped me through all the details , it's a shame that they can't hold prices for 24 hours . But still got a good deal. Thank you

Adan was so professional friendly & incredibly helpful in trying to get my friends daughter flights back from Phucket. As her previous flight was cancelled through the UAE due to the war. I would highly recommend this company, nothing was too much trouble.

The rep who I dealt with Sam Hanook was extremely helpful and very efficient especially considering the problems with air travel at this time. Thanks again Sam & The company. I will be using you again in the near future

Dealing with Adan was a pleasure. Everything explained & simplified, guiding me through the booking process. He stays there until everything is complete so if there's a query, I don't have to call back while completing the process.
Totally recommended. Thanks

The customer service is excellent and friendly 👌

Adan was just perfect - my whole booking from start to finish was handled first class - with efficency and patience particularly when I required further advice with how to break down the steps of payment. First Class Service Adan you are a credit to the company !!! Thankyou for making all seamless, especially when this is our first long haul flight. So reassuring to know it will be Adan we can contact going forward with any issues should they arise before our date of flight. Top Class Service all round !!! Thank you so much from happy customers here !!!

I suddenly realised I hadn’t checked in online before I got to the airport so rand Adan as was having problems connecting there. Even though it was a Sunday he logged in and checked in for me while I was in the baggage drop queue, and took all the possible stress away from me. What amazing service. I’m so grateful. Thanks again Adan

Helpful and looking at various options of flight times
There was confusion over the number of passengers although I had sent in both passports

I’ve just booked my flights to Australia, and despite lots of back and forth on my part and some tricky timing constraints, Adan was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient, never rushed me, and worked hard to find the perfect flight to suit my needs. His communication was prompt, clear, and consistent throughout, which made the whole process completely stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Adan highly enough — outstanding service from start to finish!
