I have come home traumatised and depressed after my experience with Bridge health. I felt they only wanted my money which I had saved up for and they only did half a job. I arrived on Friday afternoon and met briefly with interpreter who I thought was going to be with me all through it but never seen him again. My one to one wasn’t much better. I had the gastric sleeve done on Saturday morning and woke up strapped to a bed with tubes down my throat which was like something out of a horror movie then taken to my room with a blood tube drainage bag attached which I was told the doctor would take out following morning being Sunday as I was getting picked up to go to airport at 7.30 Monday morning and needed it out but the fight I had to get it out on the Sunday was unbelievable because everybody was on day off. I was told 8 then 12 then 6 then 9 o clock but still nothing and good job I had my mum with me as don’t know what I would have done so we demanded to speak to doctor who the nurse finally spoke to and he told the nurse to just take it out at 10 o clock that night as no way I could have travelled on plane following morning with it even though my one to one said it would be ok to do but what doctor or hospital in the Uk would have taken it out after getting this procedure done in Turkey and when nurse did take out drain the tube was about 12 inches long. I have had nothing explained to me by anyone of what to do and what not to do or eat and drink as everyone was day off so quick enough to take my money and only do half a job. I have had to learn everything of what to do by googling everything. I am so disgusted by the way I have been treated as I put all my faith in them even though I was so scared of getting this procedure done and so wish I had gone somewhere else so I would not recommend this place to anyone

I had the gastric sleeve the 16/01 and my experience has been amazing, so far I have lost 16kg, the nurses team were amazing. Irem was fantastic in translating any queries that I had my stitches are healing perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgery.

I have recently been for my gastric sleeve over in Antalya with the Lovely Irem and her team. I really couldn't fault them one bit. everything was so smooth from arriving at the airport to the transfers to the hotel to be looked after by the lovely nurses.

I had no problems Irem explained everything to me and put me at ease. Wouldn't recommend anybody else. Thank you so much again Irem for all that you did for me.

Bridge Health Travel have the most amazing lady Irem who in my opinion is the heart and soul of Bridge Health Travel. Her customer service is beyond the expected levels. Every question from the first port of contact to continuing support post op is dealt with effectively and quickly.

The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. Hospital staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole I can’t fault my experience. I’m only just over a week post op so far no regrets and glad I used Bridge Health Travel as part of my journey.

Irem and her team are absolutely amazing! My whole journey for my gastric sleeve went extremely smooth. Everything was explained in great detail and the care I received really was A plus. Since being home Irem has been available to answer any questions I’ve had. Nothing is too much for the team.

I had a good experience from the first day to the last day and this goes to the staff that was amazing with me. Irem she is an amazing person that helps in any matter. I was scared at the beginning because I didn't know nothing about the surgery and the pain that I had after the surgery was nothing compared to what I had in my mind and after it was done it was a relief for me. Minimal scar's left on my body.
Now,I just have to follow the nutrition and medication I was given and everything will be OK

I had my surgery on 28th Dec 2024. What an experience. I was extremely nervous & scared but Irem looked after me wholeheartedly. What an amazing lady. She is so supportive and knowledgeable. Helped me get the best hospital and amazing surgeon. The before and after care are second to none. I would highly recommend xxx

I had my surgery on January 16th 2023 and I can honestly say the care I received was 10/10. From the minute I arrived in Turkey to the minute. I left I was looked after extremely well.
Irem my interpreter was amazing she really did go above and beyond. Everything was explained to me regarding my operation and for after my operation. I highly recommend bridge health travel.
