I did not receive my order. I am currently waiting for my money to be refunded, I hope it happens!

I placed an order on the 5th of November, not received the products yet, and no replies from email contact, only automated email, it is a SCAM company, no delivery after 5-10days as promised. Those 5-stars reviews are AI generated.have not received any refund or any reply from the company, I think Trustpilot should review those 5- stars review and not allowing the company to continue rob customers’ money.

Still waiting for my refund after 3-months of failing to deliver my order.

Delivery from Brights Electronics was fast, and the Samsung Galaxy A04S has been a reliable, efficient device. It handles everything smoothly, and it’s perfect for daily tasks. I’m satisfied with both the phone and delivery.

I’m still waiting over a month for a refund and delivery of my orders! Far from efficient and very disappointing. I know products are discounted but shop elsewhere! It’s not worth the trouble I’ve encountered.

Scammers! Total Fraud ! Do NOT buy anything from this website you wont be receiving anything and they will NOT return your money back !!!!!

Do not order from this website. It is a scam. A few weeks ago I ordered a Dyson airstrait, which I paid €400 for, and it is clear I will not receive it nor will I get my money back. I received multiple emails pushing back the date for the arrival of my package, and when I decided to get a refund, they kept pushing back the date for this aswell. I have reported this site to the police aswell. Again, do not buy from this site, you will loose money.

Brights Electronics is a fraudulent company and website. They will not fulfill your order, and their communication will cease once you've made your purchase. I ordered a Dyson AirWrap and spent over a month emailing them repeatedly with no response. I was only able to recover my money by filing a report and initiating a chargeback through my credit card company. Avoid this scam at all costs!

Since this is a full blown scam, I wonder did anyone manage to receive the refund? Most likely not from the scammers, but your bank or credit card? I have never received my money back, it’s been 3 months now.

I ordered the Dyson air wrap then on reading the poor reviews here cancelled the order immediately and emailed to check the cancellation had been accepted. Stefan replied confirming that no money had been taken from my account and assured me the order was definitely cancelled.
The next day the full amount, £377, was taken from my credit card account. I emailed Stefan again to check what was happening and if the money had now been taken then when would the goods be delivered?
I have since received no reply nor the goods!!

If this company are not scammers then please can someone from there contact me to discuss this!

After making a payment for hair straighteners for my wife I got suspicious and had a look at reviews on here and did a bit more research into this company.
I contacted the fraud department of my bank who also agreed that this was probably a scam and as the payment was still pending on my account they refunded me immediately, they said that it would also be reported to Action Fraud for investigation.

They say in their reply that item was posted, I have not received it nor have I got a tracking number which should have been supplied. Although they say that the refund I got from my bank is reversed to them, it is still in my account and I can't see my bank reversing my claim now that it has been flagged up as a scam.

As per the reply below: I order a Dyson air wrap was told 5 days - got no tracking number from them they said it was the courier I contacted the courier they had not thing for me have requested a refund but they won’t give me proof it was completed!!! All the other reviews state the same

This company is a scam I bought a Dyson air styler at £376.00 and it never arrived after emailing them several time they would give me different dates as to when it would arrive with excuse after excuse then said I would get some new apple AirPods for my inconvenience however the Dyson hair styler never arrived I’ve asked for a refund which will probably never appear I had to get in touch with my bank to see what they could do this company is getting rich from robbing people be aware they certainly are not a 5star trust pilot needs to change its name I think it now a month since I ordered

28/11/2024 Update: so I waited for the refund that was promised and it did not arrive never heard from them again! an easy £376.00 of my money I’ve contacted my bank about this.

I ordered an item and they took money straight away under a company called Retail Group Internati, they have not replied to any emails i have sent and i have to wait 30 days for my money to be refunded by my bank.

UPDATE: had to edit my post as they got in touch once i put this up saying the following.

"Also please adjust your review because this is called defamation and we will take legal actions against you in the UK."

Funny how they get in touch when i tell them what i think. Will keep updated and correct this fully IF i receive my item, but until then i will leave this with my honest opinion and review of the company and what i feel is true.

Online scam. Order was never shipped. Refund "initiated" but not received. AI generated customer service email replies. I have initiated an investigation into the scam via my bank

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The positive reviews are fake.
I purchased a Dyson Airstrait hair straightener in August.
I was told it would arrive in 10 days.
I have since chased it many times.
After many message saying "another 10 days" I asked for a refund.
I have not recieved a refund, despite asking many times.

No product and no refund. I purchased a Dyson Airstrait and got all sorts of nonsense about delays due to inbound stock. In the end I cancelled my order. No refund unsurprisingly.. it’s a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Scam.. Didn’t receive goods. Correspondence stopped and no refund. Contacted bank and funds transferred to a company in Dubai and not Brights Electronics. No chance of refund from bank so out €800. Please don’t purchase anything.
