UPDATE -- In the recent days Brilliance has contacted me several times to help work through my issues. It was a bit frustrating it took longer than it could have, but the commitment to help is definitely there. Updating this review to 4* instead of 3.

My experience has been a mixed bag. My initial trials with the product were unsuccessful (Possibly user error!). They were done on a rather shiny stainless steel, (likely high in chromium and nickel?), and as of yet I have not had a successful attempt at marking those cleanly with a 55W CO2 laser, with a wide range of speed/power settings.

I then tried marking a knife with a "Carbon" stainless steel (probably low in chromium?), and it marked absolutely beautifully. This renewed my hope.

I reached out to brilliancelaserinks for help on the shinier steel, and while I received an email back in 2 days, they have not followed up with their help. I feel like the *want* to be really good, but I haven't received the support I need to really make this part of my regular product offering. I want to use this product, and really want to make it work, but as of yet this has not happened.

This review could easily be 5 stars if I was able to get some support to help mark this shinier stainless steel. It worked amazing on the lower chromium SS. If I could replicate this easily on the higher one, this product would be incredible.

Was leary about the product and I am just starting out in the laser engraving field. They sent me 2 samples, red and black. Both work as advertised. Will be purchasing the product for continued use.

The product didn't work as described. After requesting a refund and return label i received the runaround. After responding to several emails (10) the company cut off Communications. I have now started a dispute process with PayPal. DO NOT WORK WITH COMPANY !!!!!

The delivery time and response time from the order was excellent, although the product was shipped to Europe / Germany. Unfortunately, the final price with all fees was 150% more expensive than the retail price in the US (shipping and import tax). After countless parameter settings and attempts with an 80 watt MOPA laser, the product unfortunately did not come close to my favourite (MoS2 spray), which produces a much better black on unanodised aluminium.
