I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company. Based on my experience, it feels like a scam. I placed an order worth £78 and never received the product. The tracking information claims the parcel was delivered two days ago, but nothing ever arrived.

I contacted customer service multiple times by email and received no reply. I also reached out to someone named Mahmod Shehroz, who appears to be associated with the company, but I have received no assistance or resolution.

At this point, I have no product, no proof of delivery, and no support from the company, so I feel I have been scammed out of my money. I’m sharing this review to help others make an informed decision.

What a bunch of scammers! I bought a branded Brillance New York hair blower about 10 years ago in Las Vagas and wanted another. Ordered directly from their website and paid $49.90 for what I thought would be a BNY dryer. Bait and switch- they ship directly from Amazon a $36 Xpoliman hair blower as a GIFT so if you want to return it, you get a $36 credit from Amazon, not a refund. Amazon will do nothing to help because as far as they are concerned, it is a GIFT. Buyer Beware!

I purchased gifts online from my sister a fortnight ago and haven’t received anything. I have emailed 3 times - I understand things can be delayed or there can be problems but I have not had any response. I would strongly advise not purchasing anything from this company.

I bought a 1 inch flat iron years ago at a kiosk in florida . It just stopped working . Suppose to be a lifetime warranty . I emailed them weeks ago and they want to charge me 70 dollars for a new one . Their customer service number does not work. I emailed them quite a few times and they never answer my question if they answer the email at all. Seems like a scam to me. My emails from them keep going to spam . Suspicious when they tell you to call customer service but that number doesn’t work . Stay away !

Love their products but never seem to get them when you order them. No one to contact to find out where the order is. Sad!!

I have a lifetime warranty on a hair straightener. I am trying to get a new one and I have emailed over 10 times with NO response. They have a chat feature on the website but NO live agent so you get no help. The phone number is probably fake because you call it and it is just busy all of the time. This is so unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will make sure that my complaint is filed everywhere possible. Do NOT buy from this website.

I ordered the Diamond drops since I’ve tried this product before and it was amazing. What’s not at all pleasant is the experience of buying something directly with Brilliance New York. If you order from them (don’t do it) even if you pay extra for EXPRESS shipping (2-3 business days), you won’t get your order in that time… they will submit it to UPS as standard shipping (even though you payed extra for it to be delivered FAST) and you won’t get it in time. The worst part of it all is their complete silence. They give you their email and NEVER answer your emails. If you call, the person taking calls barely speaks english and is really not interested on resolving your problems or giving you some kind of support whatsoever. He will just tell you “you have to sort it out with UPS”… as if it was UPS’ fault that they submit their orders incorrectly and won’t give you any answers or solutions. The worst part of it is that if you want a refund, you have to send your product (which obviously I can’t since it was delivered 6 business days after my order to the hotel I was staying back then) and “write them an email” which they will never ever answer… you might as well just make peace with the fact you lost your money. Worst customer service EVER! Really, just stick with ordering through amazon once the product is available again or just don’t order any of their products.

I had a defective product and brilliance. New York, replaced it for me, so I am happy my blower is working good now

I ordered a curling iron from this company. When it arrived it was shipped in a used nespreso box and shipped from a residential address. The product was also very clearly used. There was damaged on the inside and outside packaging, product residue on the barrel, missing instructions, etc. I contacted Brilliance New York and they said they had mistakenly shipped out a returned item (which seems unlikely) and would send me a new one the next day with expedited shipping. This was 2 weeks ago. When I contacted them again earlier this week they said that they didn't have the item and would send me one from a different line. I then said I didn't want a different product and to just refund the money (something I had been asking for through this entire process but was constantly denied). They have now been ignoring that request for 4 days despite multiple messages. This company is a scam.

I purchased a curling wand and it exploded in my hair while I was using it. This item came with a "lifetime warranty" which is bogus because I was never able to reach anyone in that company despite my numerous telephone calls. I always receive the same automated message about them being busy "serving other customers". Even writing emails does not help. Nobody ever responds. I received one automated email two weeks later indicating that someone will be in touch with me in 24 hours but nobody every contacted me! This is a very irresponsible company and their products don't last!

This company followed through with their lifetime warranty. My iron stopped working properly after a few years & they replaced it with a new one. The only reason didn't give 5 stars is because they said the same iron was only available as a set with the curling iron, so I had to pay a charge for the set. They did give me a reduced price but I really didn't need the curling iron. I did buy it anyway because I love the straightening iron & excellent company who stood by their product. Definitely recommend.

I bought my first straightener by brilliance 12 yrs ago and it has never failed me until I dropped it and the iron broke. Just got 2 new ones and they are just like the one I bought back then. Thank you for quality straighteners!

I first bought a flat iron from Brilliance New York in 2014! My iron lasted me almost a decade and my replacement was sent in less than a week! I’m super happy with my purchase and I am SO excited to use my new iron for another decade (:

Excellent product! My third time buying the 1.25 flat iron. Last one come in it’s original box and looks wonderful.

I received 100 covid masks instead of my products. I called and was promptly mailed the original ordered products along with an extra teat for my inconvenience.

I received no acknowledgement or communication about my order. I didn't get the product I ordered, and while I appreciate the free conditioner, it expired almost 2 years ago!

My experience was really good, I received my order right on time and they also gave me a great gift for ordering online . Thank you
