I was far from a convenient fast-track client in a comfortable circumstances, and I had very little hope – being let down by three brokers. My case was also time-sensitive, because there were 16 potential buyers eager to snatch my little flat, which I was renting and which has been my precious home of 18 years. Philip Snelling made my dream come true: I had an AIP within 2 hours from our first conversation and the mortgage offer, better than I ever expected, within 3 weeks.
