Do Not Buy From Them. Shipping took long hat was both wrong size and a cheap knockoff of the hat in the pic. They only offer a partial refund unless you pay for return shipping.

Yea same story here.. ordered an xxl and received something like a small.. there is no label… the hat came scrunched up in a box that was too small… even if the hat was the right size it would still be unwearable… worst product I have received in many years

If you are thinking about ordering anything from this company, STOP! Please read this review and others before you waste your time and money. This company is an internet scam!!!! The product you see in the advertisement is (not) what you will be sent. When you finally receive your order, you will realize that you have been scammed with just one look. Simply horrible! There is (no) return label included and when you attempt to obtain one, the company will tell you that they are based in China and that you will need to pay for return shipping. Interestingly enough is that the package that is sent to you with a very substandard product enclosed is clearly labeled SKYVOLK inc. 1733 Melton Road, Gary IN 46403. Then, this company will attempt to bribe you into accepting 20% of what you paid in order not to have to mail make the piece of shit they sent you. I have file a complaint the department of better business and will be filing in small claims for the return of my credit card payment. I (foolishly) ordered two hats from Brimsworth using their sizing chart. Both took over a month to arrive and they both were a couple of sizes too small deaming them un-wearable. When asking them how to return them (they were of poor quality also and my son told me it reminded him of something one would find at a Halloween or costume store) I was told I would be responsible for return shipping to China and the duties associated. Or, a measly 20% refund. All combined, the shipping would have exceeded the price of the hats. So I took the 20% refund. These are not quality hats, nor is their sizing accurate and, once you find out there isn't a return option that is adequate. Border line scammers.

The product took a very long time to deliver. Packaging was really sketchy as in a plastic clamshell inside of a plastic bag. This is a cowboy style hat. Once I unpackaged the hat. The product was complete garbage. The felt was hobby grade and very flimsy. And the final straw was the made in China. Definitely not worth any money. And to top it off you are unable to reach them vie phone of via the web. I guess I’ll take that one right up the…… Do not do business with these scam artists.

The Panama hat pictured doesn't represent what you get,second it is not made in Ecuador. The hat isn't worth it,maybe $5.00 if that.
Brimsworth should be removed from Google for false advertising .

Save your self the hassle and order from a legitimate business. They are happy to take your money but fail to provide you the product.

Ordered a woman's Classic Panama Hat, size XL.
The hat itself was poorly packaged and the brim was irreparably damaged. The box was also damaged. The size was unmarked on the hat and seemed more like a one size fits all, so it was too small. I initiated a return. My return options were:
1) to keep the hat and receive a 20% refund and 20% discount on my next purchase, or
2) return that hat for a full refund AND pay international return shipping costs including possible customs duties; and risk a long wait time to receive the item, and possible loss of the item in transit.

I won't be using the future discount.

Do not be deceived by this website. I ordered two cowboy hats based on the photos and price. I received two disgusting hats that did not match the photos in style or color. They weren't worth $ 5.00 total. I contacted Brimsworth several times to set up a return and they never contacted me.
