I cannot thank Darren and Darren enough for their professional and efficient house clearance service. From the first phone call, they were extremely helpful and informative and ensured that all aspects of the clearance were explained and met our needs. Their mindfulness that clearing the home of a parent who has passed away is an extremely difficult process to go through, was evident throughout and made everything so much more manageable. We also appreciated that as much of the furniture and belongings were recycled, given to charity or disposed of appropriately, ensuring that very little if any went to landfill.
We would highly recommend them to anyone who requires a reliable, efficient and friendly team.

An impressive house clearance service from Darren and his team, who are clearly decent people. Previous photos and examples gave me confidence to enquire, having seen them on Checkatrade, but it was the initial conversation with Darren on the phone that showed he really knew what he was talking about. A fixed price quote for the number of vans and hours worked was reassuring, as were the many photos of the job as it progressed. A before-and-after video was a nice touch, too. They worked long days and finished the job on time, albeit late into the dark evening. I've dealt with many tradespeople of the years and Bristol Clear stand out as a professional outfit who genuinely impress. This was not an easy job, after 50 years of hoarding but nothing seemed to phase them. Think they've seen it all before. Happy to act as a reference call for future potential customers. It was a pleasure to deal with Darren and Darren. They are two very pleasant young men. The communication was always clear and polite and they have done an excellent job clearing my mother's flat. They try to find ethical homes for as much cleared items as possible which is also a nice touch. Highly recommended.

The job I booked with them was fairly urgent due to a site closing, and they were able to make it within 2 days which was great news. They arrived on time, even phoning my site contact en route so no-one wasted any time waiting around. They worked really hard with clearing an area on site, and took before and after photos, which were needed on the project. I had great feedback from my site contact and wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Thank you guys!

Once again, I cannot fault Darren and Darren with their services. They helped me move some bulky items today one of which was a huge sofa which had to be sawn in half to get it out of my flat. This was approached with such positivity as it was so awkward but they did it! All with calm demeanor, kindness and humour. Thoroughly recommend and trust them with any task put their way. From the initial enquiry phone call l was met with a professional and friendly approach. Information was clear and I was given a lot of flexibility with arrangements. The guys turned up on time, worked efficiently and, as promised, adjusted the billing accordingly to the timing and load. I was refunded from my deposit within a few hours. Outstanding service and excellent value. Highly recommended.

From initial contact Darren was responsive, flexible and professional. On the day of the clearance Darren and Darren arrived promptly and got to work swiftly. We needed the house clearing after a bereavement and they were sensitive and respectful. We chose this company because of their commitment to zero waste to landfill and their intention for any items where possible to be put to good use or recycled. For example they arranged for some of the furniture to go directly to a social housing project and took items to charity shops. They worked diligently and finished the work earlier than expected. We also took advantage of their cleaning service so the house was cleared and ready for the new house owners to take possession. If you are looking for a trustworthy, efficient and personal service from individuals who care about what they do I would highly recommend this company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I highly recommend this company. They are hard working, honest and trustworthy. They went above and beyond to complete the clearing out of a very cluttered house. From the initial quotation Darren kept in contact with me and whilst the clearing was going on he messaged me several times as well. They completed on time as promised and did an amazing job. A 5 star service! I would definately use them again.

Darren was super friendly, really quick to respond and was able to fit me in the same week I messaged him which I appreciated. I had booked him in a few weeks before and let him down last minute so I was grateful to him for getting back to me. He kept me in the loop in terms of timings and got the job done without any issues at all and even cleared up after! I would highly recommend this service.
