Really nice sandals. Whats wrong with these people!!

I ordered a pair of shoes, which do not fit AND are really poor quality and smell funny. I was told I have to return to China or they can refund me 20% of the price. Do not buy from them, their website says 100% returns guarantee, yet, this is not the case. Poor quality products too.

I wouldn’t even give 1, after waiting ovthis scammer of clothing a er 12 weeks and totally different shirt arrived, no refund just an officer of 20% please no one order from this awful website

Scam. Shoes were not genuine leather but cheap PU, was sent the wrong size and the company is not based in Bristol but China.

Would give zero if poss, cheap tat, looks nothing like pictures, if you want to return you have to send it to China.
This company is not from Bristol.

Scam. Exactly as other reviews say. The returns policy online did not mention returning goods to China but that is what they ask before they refund. Goods are cheap and nasty. Not as advertised. Total scam avoid like the plague.

Do not buy from this company I bought a pair of size 6 orthopaedic shoes. They are not orthopaedic and nasty and tacky. Thought I was buying from a company in Bristol only be told by them to return them to China which was going to cost £22 which is about 2/3 of the cost of the shoes it’s a SCAM DONT BUY

ZERO, really. "Quick and easy returns" is the promise. No, actually, you have to chase them via email, then you have to send a photo of the item, even if just bad quality, not 'defective'. Then you have to mail back to CHINA, AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. They are also not based in the UK. The business is fraudulent, their promises lies, their products of crap quality.

This company is a scam.

They sent me the wrong size. I have proved it. The emails have gone back and forth. They keep copying and pasting the same responses. They want to charge me to send them back. BTW the quality is absolutely shocking. Do not buy from here.

Ordered boots in the UK in good faith 8 weeks ago. Arrived a month later. Wrong size (3 sizes too big) and not the boots I ordered. Sent them photographs to prove it. Responses were copy and pasted as others have said. Return at your own cost to China or we can refund 15%. More copy and pasted responses- now nothing. No refund.
The advertised boots looked good and I took a chance. Wish I’d read this page first! I’ve never left a bad review for any service or company before but I just don’t want others to have the same experience.

DO NOT BUY! Same as everyone here. I was sent the wrong size sandals but when asked for refund they gave a China address & said I could have 15% refund. When pushed, they said keep the shoes (which are so poor quality I don’t want them anyway…& the wrong size) & they will give me 20%. NEVER BEEN SCAMMED LIKE THIS BEFORE!!! DO NOT BUY! WHY CANT I SCORE 0?!

Total scam as others have said, wish I'd checked reviews before ordering!! All perceived to be uk based but all from China. Sandals sent wring size, took 2 weeks and arrived by yodel not royal mail. Shoved in a plastic bag, worst plastic sandal I've seen, smell is disgusting and have sent me the wrong size. Will not refund, even as its their fault. Want me to send to CHINA for a refund and pay costs. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

These scammers need to be closed down - first glance, perfect legitimate advert on Instagram & also a website, no reason to be suspicious at all - therefore, placed an order for 3 items at a cost of over £90 - when the order finally arrived some 3 weeks later! the goods were truly shocking, substandard, tatty rubbish, absolutely appalling! Emailed immediately for information on refund policy & to arrange return of goods & sadly, have heard nothing since - no replies to my numerous emails - nothing! Personally, may have to put the loss down to poor judgement, but definitely do not want 1 more single person to fall for these low life scumbags! The Bristol Threads advertising needs to be removed from Instagram, Facebook & all social media before this happens to anyone else. Sorry about the rant - so very angry! Only wish I had the sense to look at the reviews before placing an order - we live & learn!

This company should be shut down. I brought a pair of what I thought were leather sandals which they also said were orthopaedic. From this company to be honest I thought was in UK. My bad. It’s in China. Sandals were £39. They took ages for them to come. When arrived they were just in a plastic bag. No returns label.
They were the cheapest plastic shoe I have ever seen.
I have tried 5 times now to contact and the best offer is 20% off (£7) if I wanted a full refund they said I would have to send back to China !! Delivery cost more than shoes are worth.

Really poor service and quality. I ordered orthopaedic shoes size 37; I got size 36 and were definitely not orthopaedic. Took forever to arrive too.

Do not buy from Bristol threads,
Cheap sub- standard items from china, they sent me the wrong size as well, and then said I had to post it back at my expense - to China!!!! - absolutely appalling- website and pictures extremely misleading. State how teh have a100% satisfaction guarantee, no hassle refund - all lies and misrepresentation because they have said they will only refund %15 of the total cost, or I have to pay to return them half way across the world. Needs to be shut down. I will be trying to recover the cost through the back via a charge back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Brought a pair of shoes that described as orthopedic made from good quality material. 6 weeks later when I received them the smell from the package was a string chemical smell and the shoes are made from plastic. They don't give refunds. Utter disgrace that these companies are allowed to advertise.

Cheap and nasty shoes, smell awful of plastic. No returns detail or even sales details in the parcel, not even going to bother trying to return, lesson learnt to be more careful and check trust pilot before purchasing!

Absolute scam!!
Not a Bristol based company but from China. Spent £70 on two pairs of shoes that are plastic cheap tat! They stink of chemicals and will be going in the bin.
Took ages to come (that should have been a warning sign). Total waste of money.
Wish I read the reviews first!
