Have enquired on 2 occasions about purchasing fabric advertised on the web. On both occasions the price on the web bears no resemblance to price when placing an order. I.e. web price £37.77 real price £54. Believe it is a con. Both times they tried to apologise for different prices
Had reply from Britannia stating price was for a different product.
This is not correct as it was an online enq with price clearly stating price per metre and was for product I was enquiring about This is 2nd time I have had this experience with Britannia and will not use them on principle.

The range of fabrics offered by this company is incredible, with prices and fabrics to suit every taste. Ordering on the internet proved very easy and after entering my choice of fabric, lining and measurements for made to measure curtains was quickly given the price. This was very competitive and so I decided to place an order. This was the first time I had used Britannia Rose and to say I am delighted with the finished product is an underestimation. The curtains are beautifully and flawlessly made to exact measurements, they hang perfectly and are complemented by a cushion in a different fabric which I also purchased. Communication with the company is easy, delivery well within timescales given and I would have no hesitation using or recommending Britannia Rose in future.

Ordering my curtains was easy. Britania Rose had Beautiful fabrics to choose from. I am thrilled with my choice, the pattern & quality of material is outstanding. They are very well made. I feel the service, product & delivery is excellent. Packaging & the way the curtains were packed for delivery was great. I could hang the curtains without delay. Delivery guy was helpful in placing the heavy box into my home for me. A very happy customer.
