My complaint is that they charged me an extra £4.00 each on 2 orders for 5 to10 day shipping. Then once the order was complete, I see they are "at least a week behind on shipping", so we are looking at 12 to 20 days just for them to ship the order. When I messaged them, I was told by Chris, and I quote, "If you want things now buy on Amazon". His response to me asking about the shipping time was, and I quote, "You just don't get it". I'm rarely motivated to spend my time reviewing companies, but I think their attitude toward new customers is clear.

Been on Ginseng, rhodiola rosea and lionsmane for 3 months amd never felt better. Really happy with the products. The quality of these supplements are second to none. Delivery usually withing 4 working days

Hi I’m sorry to see that there are only negative reviews on here.
I am a customer of the company, I have left it about a month before giving a review.
I’ve been taking D3+K2 I’ve had a lot of back pain plus pain in my shoulder, I’ve been struggling getting out of the chair and bed in the morning but since taking D3+K2 I’ve noticed that the pain is subsiding and being able to get out of the chair and bed in the mornings easier. Doctors sent me for Physiotherapy that didn’t seem to help much. What I did fine out is that my vitamin D level was at the low end of the scale! Doctors won’t supply anything unless it off the scale, so I tried these, I picked theses because they say there is no packers or binders in the tablets. I’ve given 5 because they are helping.

The company is a small company (British) I’m sure delivery will get better once they are in their new offices.

I have nothing to do with the owners or the company, let’s support these company’s .

Order not received - no phone number to contact & no response from emails sent requesting update & refund

Order 9 days ago and despite their website promise to ship within 24 hours, nothing has been sent. No mail that they were shipped, received nothing. Have emailed as they seem to have no telephone number, and as yet, no reply.
Think very carefully before ordering from this company!

Not good so far…
Ordered on the 12th, a week later I still have nothing. Not even an email to say it’s been shipped.
I emailed a couple of days ago to ask for an update but no reply.
There is no phone number on their website either, so if they don’t answer their emails I’m not sure how you’re supposed to get in contact.
If I haven’t heard anything by the end of the week I’ll cancel my order.
These supplements are for my mental health and I have ran out at home so I am depending on this order.

Ordered a supplement on the 24th March, and I wrote to them after 3 weeks of waiting. No answer. I was sent an email asking to review the product and I wrote that I was not the best person to ask.
Here is what they replied:
"Maybe if you can be an adult and check the tracking ? which is email to you and also send to you phone. To much hard work no doubt. It looks like DHL has lost it. It seems you are to quick to leave a negative review, so we will refund you and you buy somewhere else. All the best Chris"

Ordered on the 8th of April still not received and now it’s 18th emailed them still nothing tried to cancel as I have ordered from another company
Just written and sent this review and 2 hours later have an email my order is on its way
