They never replied when I contacted them.
I ordered 1kg turmeric and they sent just 500mg .I sent an email but they never replied
No customer care and business values .
I could have given them 0 stars if there was an option.

The apricot was with sand grain and smelling bad since arrived. Mango, pineapple and papaya were too sweet.
But macadamia and pistachio were good.

Really quick delivery. Good value and quality.

The parcel arrived in good time and condition.
So far I have tried the spicy corn nuts and pistachios. The corn nuts are good but some of the pistachios are dried up.
I haven’t tried the cashew nuts yet.

Bought their dried mango and it is covered in sugar. Tried to get in contact but they won't reply.

Placed Order last week. They wrongly put the Post code due to Some Systamatic Error. Changed after e-mail communication. No Direct line to connect customer Service.

Out of 6 Items ordered received four items. Charged for whole and when we found there is missed item, they refund after 2 Days.. This is true experience..

You gonna receive £5 pound for review in Trusted Pilot. Will receive a sepearate e-mail for this from the seller.

Not Satisfied. The seller must notify the customer if any out stock item and refund. Not Customer keep to asking about missing item which they simply answered was out of stock when the time of diapatch

Need to be improve service and more Proffessional.

I put an order on 29/05/2024 and yet to get my order after more than 9 days. I delivery supposed to be on 31/05/24! I tried to contact delivery company DHL but they are not responding!!

I bought the pitted dates from the website, as it was good price and not from Israel.
However, delivery was on time.
The packaging didn't arrive as per the picture, it was the whole lot in one bag in the box.
The dates taste old, not fresh. A friend said they are for cooking. Maybe.
I wouldn't recommend for eating as a snack, though.

I bought Britnuts stuff for 3 times worth little less than £380. And waiting for the 3rd one to be delivered. The seller is reliable, responsible and always helpful at the beginning. But now I am struggling to chat with them regarding poor quality Cardomom that is not worth for that money. Not responding.

Recently I bought it some different nuts and all of them were as I expected especially cashews very tasty. Secondly but not less important was very kind and perfect action by staff ( they sort it fast my old address which was my mistake I didn’t change it before ordering but thankfully they did it on time which relieved my stress). Many thanks guys

They send me blackpeper seeds instead of pistachio, and wen i contact them they did not refund..pathetic
