Chinese scam, don't bother
The t-shirts were meant as an Xmas present to some friends who have a new baby but they never arrived, when I checked the tracking info it became clear that depsite calling themselves “Britstee” and using a UK address this is a Chinese company, openly shipping from China via a Chinese courier, and this was confirmed when I tried contacting them directly as they only ever responded overnight and with poor use of the English language; their only response was “contact the courier” then they stopped replying altogether and no refund was offered, the Chinese courier hasn't replied to confirm who the “last mile” UK courier was, safe to say the t-shirts never arrived, no useful tracking info was available and their customer services stopped responding to messages, a refund was claimed via Paypal but had to go through 2 appeals due to the fake tracking info. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
