From start to finish the service from Broadland windows was faultless. Matt was a great help when it came to choosing the product that suited us and Nathan did a great job in fitting our door at a time that was convenient. He took time to explain everything and made sure that we were happy with the results, very professional. Would highly recommend.

This our 3rd installation by Broadland. We now have had wooden double glazed Windows, Wooden double glazed double doors and now secondary double glazing in the listed part. On each and every occasion we have dealt with them they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The products have always been made to a high specification and they always leave the place spotless. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Broadland Windows a few times over the course of about ten years and they were very good - their products, the staff generally and the installations. I recently had two windows replaced and was sadly disappointed to witness the level of customer service drop in so many ways.
I ordered the windows and paid my deposit mid February. I was told it could be around 6 weeks till installation. I waited to hear an installation date, after nearly 4 weeks I contacted Broadland to see if there was an update, I was given an installation date three weeks later for ten weeks after I paid the deposit. It wasn't so much the wait but the lack of communication that was irritating. At one point while I was waiting I was sent an email meant for another customer in error.
When it came to installation the fitters were pleasant but not very communicative. Initially I was told it would take two days so booked two days to be at home, the fitters arrived and said it had been planned be one. They were pretty good about trying to not cause damage or mess in some ways and careless in others which was stressful. Then it turned out it would need to be two so they left me at the end of the day with hardly any explanation of what they had done and what was left to do which was perplexing as when one of them returned the next day I had to ask why the windows didn't tilt. I was told they had been ordered to not tilt, I had never said that - I bought the windows because they did tilt. I received no explanation or apology and felt it was assumed there had been a miscommunication between myself and the surveyor. On my version of the paperwork it does not say for the windows to not tilt. Thankfully it was possible to retrofit and fix the issue. This was done quickly-within a week. The fitter that came to do this made a performance of taking his shoes off the first time he came in and then didn't bother after that and left marks on my stairs that took a bit of elbow grease to remove. I must admit I wasn't completely happy with the windows themselves - there was a small dent on one of the frames and where the panel had been changed to install the tilt feature the cover didn't sit completely flush. I spent a few days contemplating whether to raise this or make do. I was not contacted afterwards by Broadland to enquire if all was well just sent a terse email telling me payment was due.
I have been left with an impression that Broadland Windows are no longer a company that values good service or its customers and its fitters seem unmotivated.

We recently had new windows fitted at our property, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and very informative throughout the process.

Bradley, who came out to measure our windows, was fantastic—he clearly explained all the options available and made everything easy to understand.

On the day of installation, the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the names of the three fitters, but they did a brilliant job.

Overall, we’re extremely pleased with both the service and the final result.

Great company. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We have a listed building and they were patient during the planning application process.

Went to broadband windows today for a handle for my byfolding doors i saw matt bye and without hesitation he went to the warehouse and within 5 minutes he was back with a new replacement great service would definitely recommend them.

I’ve used Broadland Windows over the past 4 years or more to replace every single door and window in my house with aluminium double glazed units. They are an excellent company to deal with, from point of order to after sales care. The installation team are brilliant. So professional and hardworking and really nice guys to have around your property. I work from home as I run a part time clinic and they have always been sensitive to this by keeping noise levels to a minimum and leaving the place spotless. Over the years there have only been a tiny number of minor issues and each time they have sorted things out for me. I have absolute confidence in recommending Broadland Windows to anyone.

Another great installation by Broadland Windows. Excellent products & service. I am sure that the most commonly asked question is "Will there be a need to redecorate inside or outside?" I can say that Broadland have now replaced five windows in my house & only a tiny area of touching up to the external plaster work has been required & even then the installers were happy to do this for me. I cannot fault their service.

From our initial contact until completion of the installation, we found everybody very helpful and accommodating. Any questions we had were dealt with very efficiently and quickly.

This year I had 2 more windows replaced. From start to finish the service was excellent. A good job at a fair price.

We have used Broadland Windows for replacement and new windows at out last house. That experience was excellent, both in terms of sales and after sales care. The installation went without a hitch and the installers were a pleasure to have in the house. Our recent experience of Broadland in our current house went just as smoothly. We chose them for this installaton based on the previous ecperience.
