I had my 2011 Toyota RAV4 transported from CA to RI and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Mike Brandon handled my shipment, and from the very first call I felt like I was in good hands. He explained the process clearly, stayed patient with all my questions, and made sure I always knew what was happening.
The pickup and delivery went exactly as discussed. The driver was courteous and professional, and my vehicle arrived in the same condition as it left. No surprises, no last-minute changes -- just honest, reliable service.
What I appreciated most was the communication. Mike checked in during the transport and followed up after delivery to make sure I was satisfied. That level of care makes a big difference.
I would absolutely recommend working with Mike Brandon if you need to move a vehicle, and I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again in the future.

Working with Jim has been an absolute pleasure from a dispatcher’s perspective. He is one of the most reliable and straightforward brokers I’ve worked with. Communication is always clear, fast, and professional, and he consistently provides accurate load details with no surprises.

There was a lack of communication between the company and the driver, and they also gave me two phone numbers that didn't belong to the driver. This creates distrust and anxiety.

AWFUL - TERRIBLE- STAY AWAY -RUN.
I booked my Subaru for transport and paid my 500 dollar deposit for the total fee of 1100 dollars and was told my car would be picked up on a Monday and that everything was “a go.” Then Sunday I get the traditional “we appreciate your understanding “ but we don’t have a truck yet but will keep you updated. I was NOT updated and I texted and called numerous times for three days with NO answer or reply. After three days I did get in contact with my contact at Broadway and was told he had no idea when my car would get a truck to transport it and my contact said “we don’t need your money” and went on to state ( and I quote) “you know what? I hate this job” and continued to complain that he didn’t know if he would get a truck and told me he would transfer me to his manager Brian who would refund my money”- this would leave my car stranded. Thank goodness, the manager Brian did find me a driver but for an additional (and I kid you not) for an additional 600 dollars - Brian did refund me 150 for the aggravation but it was not enough. It was a horrible experience- LISTEN to me - STAY AWAY - find your own carrier - this place was HORRIBLE!!!

Very fair quote right from the start. Landed this company after a fair amount of research. Easy to communicate and good business practices. Car picked up fast and arrived on time in perfect condition. Driver was responsive and professional. I shipped a 8 series BMW via enclosed transport. Transport vehicle looked top notch. Charlie Davis was my contact. Highly recommend broadway auto transport.

I’ve worked with Brian Davis several times now, including on a shipment from Glendale, AZ to Columbus, NM for my 2016 Hyundai Accent, and he has been nothing but reliable. He communicates clearly, gives realistic and honest prices, and always follows through on his word. Brian makes the entire dispatching process simple, organized, and completely stress-free. This company is a click and bait company. Don't make the same mistake I made, don't give them any money. If Brian Davis contacts you, don't buy into his lies. They will promise and tell you they have a transport, and when they can't deliver they will try to back out of the contract, which means they will get to keep $200 of the $300 that you pay for your reservation. Don't make the same mistake I did, lost money and more importantly time dealing with these people, more specifically Brian Davis. Trying to keep people from making the same mistake I did, please walk away, they look like a legitimate company, but they are not, they are leeches, feeding off of people with good intentions, looking for a service.
