I did a good bit of homework looking at various companies until I settled on Broadway Auto Transport. We worked with Mike Brandon and were very pleased. Our vehicle was shipped with zero issues and traveled almost 500 miles. Mike was very patient with me and answered all my questions as I wanted to document every fee and step of the process. They were slightly higher than other bids; however, I had the peace of mind that the quote was the final price and there were no surprise fees that I saw associated with other companies. If we ever buy another auto from across the country, I will certainly use this company and, Mike.

Beware. I agreed to a price and ship date for moving my car. They kept telling me that they are trying to find a driver. It's now the date that the car is supposed to ship and they are still telling me that or that they have found one, but it is several hundred more dollars then we agreed to. When I told them the date, I made it clear that I needed that date. Now they want more time (several days) or more money. No thanks. I'll be filing a claim with the DOT and declining the deposit charge with my credit card company. Mike I added my name so that everyone knows no to trust the quote you get.

I was treated to the old bait-and-switch by Broadway Auto Transport. I booked them a month in advance for a cross-country move; they gave me a quote and demanded several-hundred-dollar deposit. Then, just ONE DAY before they were due to pick up my car, they told me there was a “driver shortage” and I was fortunate they could book a truck for $500 more than they’d quoted me. I said no thanks and asked for my deposit back. I never got it. Please stay far away from this dishonest, sleazy company.

I just had my car shipped back after I sent it out to get wrapped . They did an outstanding job. Pickup and delivery were done professionally and on time. The price was reasonable. I’m have some more cars cars that need transported and plan to use this company again.

Very smooth process to arrange shipping of my car in the Mid-Atlantic region. Bruce Kane quoted a good price, then kept me informed and updated as the car was picked up, transported and delivered. I will definitely recommend him to others and would use him again.

The company gave one price quote during the call and another price quote a few days later. They were also inconsistent with times and dates of available pickup and significant delays with locating drivers to render services after receiving my deposit for the vehicle services. I had to travel back into town twice to meet them to pick up the vehicle. They took my deposit on 2/6 for pickup of the vehicle on 2/7. They didn't pick the car up until 2/22. The communication was poor and I was told a few different pick up times and dates. The service not only cost me an extra flight but also time away from work and hotel fees. Would not recommend.

Broadway auto transportdid did a fine job. They are efficient and their pricing resonable. They were ready to pick up my vehicle the day I authorized it, but the dealer was already closed. The picked it up the next morning and delivered it that afternoon ( about 650 miles). When I had a disputed with the transporter, they resolved the issue quickly in my favor
