I had a truly disappointing experience purchasing from this store. My husband bought my engagement ring online, spending over $20,000, expecting to receive a piece of jewelry that matched the significant investment. However, when the ring arrived just five days after our purchase, it was broken.
When we reached out to the store for assistance, we were shocked by the response from the owner, Laura. Instead of offering help or understanding the situation, she outright denied that the ring was broken and refused to take any responsibility. To make matters worse, she suggested that we pay out of pocket for the repairs.
Considering the amount we spent, the lack of customer service and accountability was appalling. I would caution anyone considering a purchase here to think twice, as our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
