Brokerlink's use of banking technology
We were impressed with Brokerlink's use of current banking technology. We received an invoice and it included a link to pay it by etransfer. Upon clicking it, we received an email with a request for the etransfer. No set up was required by us. Very fast & efficient. Thanks to our insurance advisor, Karla Jones!

I use Brokerlink for both my car and house insurance and I have had an awesome experience.
For both services, I have contacted Blessing Popoola, who has consistently proven to be a seasoned professional.
She is very courteous, prompt in her service, and knowledgeable about the different company products, packages and their benefits.
Blessing easily assesses the knowledgebase of her customers and with that, politely explains technical issues to their level and understanding.
I am sure she is an asset to Brokerlink.

Sandeep was a warrior for my move
Sandeep was so efficient, fast and flexible. But he was also very kind. I was doing a last minute move due to a sad separation and when I emailed him he got back to me in minutes. Because I’m a nurse and work crazy hours he worked around my free time and he was fast, he did most of the work before he called me to confirm. He also got me a very good deal. Highly recommend this talented man.
Don’t do it to yourself!
Don’t do it to yourself!! They are really too lazy to deal with you. Instead of reaching out by phone or email, they sent a registered letter which I had no access to because I work away. I tried to email my broker, but she replied that she was promoted and so I needed to contact someone else. The last time I called a broker, it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get through and the broker was unqualified and too inexperienced to be of any help.
Do yourself a favour…. Don’t use these guys ever. The service has gone down through the floor in the past few years.. shameful really

I gave them 1570 dollars and because of Brokerlinks fault i was charges like 400 dollars when my policy was cancelled.And remember it was cancelled because brokerlink messed up not me.

It is extremely irritating that when I call the local office, I immediately get shunted to a national answering service. The directory of which, is not updated and doesn't have the local people listed in it. There's no reason why I should be redirected to a national answering service when the local office could simply answer their own calls. I ALWAYS end up having to drive to the damn office for every stupid little thing simply because I can't reach anyone at the office by phone. At least let the damn phone ring at the local office 5x before going to the national answering service. The office itself is almost always helpful, but I just hate that I have to physically drive there every time...
Make you wait on hold for hrs then…
Make you wait on hold for hrs then finally answer. Then when their system drops the call 1/2 way through the job, they don't call back. Have to call them, wait on hold for hrs and get a different representative and start the whole job over. Many of the representatives have thick accents and are hard to understand.

I did not authorized for taking payment out from my bank account on the form they sent that was the updated one as they claimed.

The original payment authorization form that you signed was the agreement for payments to be withdrawn from your account. This does not change due to a second form being sent.
It doesn't change or negate the original form being signed and authorizing payments to be withdrawn from your account to pay for the premium agreed upon.
I now see that your policy has been cancelled, which I assume is because you found a better rate elsewhere.
As you know, your policy was a 12-month contract so any mid-term cancellation is subject to a cancellation charge.
You are still responsible for paying for the time on risk as well.

Terrible company
Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior from their reps. Extremely pushy, rude and downright threatening responses. Made me extremely uncomfortable to the point that i decided not to go with them. Was met with a bombardment of phone calls and emails to the point that they had to be blocked. Get some better employees.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Even no one is there to assist you. Peace insurance company. Please never ever get any offer. It’s over a month , no one literally no one bothers to contact you regarding hail damage. Please pay a bit more and stay away from these mafia.

It's no wonder they have such a low rating... Buyer beware says it all. Since they bought out my previous company they doubled the price on my claim the more I looked into it the more I see how much I have been taken advantage of.when I called to ask y no response, nor a reason... Heck your policy you too may be taken.
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, the company charged 40.00 to cancel 2 insurance policies. They charge interest on the monthly payments and have the nerve to charge more.
Set up my payment plan in a matter of minutes!
My insurance payment was due today, and was having email issues. I called and spoke with Rhonda Knorr, she provided me with direction and we hung up the call. 2 minutes later Rhonda called me back and explained what was going on and cleared up the issue, and got my payments set up within 10 minutes!! Thank you for relieving the stress Miss Rhonda Knorr!!

These guys are the most dysfunctional scammers on the planet. Never sent any information on my home insurance renewal or made any attempt to contact me about renewal except for an email forwarded about cancellation. As a result insurance company canceled my policy despite me having paid (2.5 weeks late).
In what world do people get services canceled after only 2.5 weeks? Do you get your water cut off after 2.5 weeks?
The agent had the nerve to ask me if I would like to look for a new policy through them! This perfectly explains that the entire thing allegedly looks to be scheme run by both the insurance companies and the brokers to create rising costs for insurance holders with no faulty records.
And the Ontario govt looks to he completely complicit in this process.
Day time thieves.
