TERRIBLE!! everything is completely disorganised and all the data is inaccurate. we used to have satchel which was so clear and helpful. i would rate this zero stars if i had the option!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

Everything is very long winded compared to our previous MIS system. Training videos are poor and don't seem to match the current program. The system it's self is very slow, lots of loading messages but nothing actually loads. N codes have to be cleared manually. No way of clicking to the next week on a pupils register. Parents on the phone constantly moaning about the app. This program has increased my workload, I wouldn't recommend it.

this app is absolutely absurd. i had beautiful edulink before this trash app. what is this. who designed this. it takes so long to log in, horrible. come on bromcom do better man up

Staff are rude, never get back to you when you have questions, refuse to send invoices. When I asked how I go about making a complaint I was told they can’t give me this information.
Whole system is poorly designed and staff have zero knowledge.

Is bromcom a safeguarding issue? it has so many glitches - firstly - seating plan ??? unresponsive , saving register ......doesn't always save - always seems to fail at 9 am - wonder why ... I`ve worked in the commercial sector for 25+ years before entering teaching - this is the worst piece of software i have EVER used ... but i guess its cheap

How am I supposed to had a group behaviour if I can't see the students photos and only the names! You can see their photos when you do the register but not when you had group behaviour points.

this is so trash i cant even log in without the error code "account not found" it is just terrible.

Trash UI from what I've heard teachers hate it too, I tried to check my timetable using the app and it crashed three times.
Also on the site nothing goes below 8 stars so i think there's some selecting of reviews which is not very trustworthy

The UI is mediocre and janky at best, half of any updated information never comes through and overall it's an inconvenient hassle to use on all sides. I don't recommend this.

If I could give this company a 0 I would do. They are not professional in the slightest!

It's the worst software I've ever used, so unfriendly, a real pain to navigate, unresponsive, doesn't behave logically even back to previous screen or changing dates is cumbersome. As a school looking into buying this rubbish please shop around it's dreadful. I've been in IT all my life and using this software as a parent drove me to writing this. Be warned... Very unhappy parent.

The school makes us use this, and ever since introduced I have nothing positive to say.
For starters, the user interface is straight from the 90s and has limited customization, and that is a shame as with third-party dark-mode web plugins the service looks acceptable. On top of a horrendous UI, the Android app is unusable, as there is no option to sign in with Microsoft 365 for education.
Then we get to the title.
The homework feature is all of the following:
Headache to use- There is no option to hide/delete homework in bulk

then for whatever reason I get my homework in HTML format - Only i have this issue and it's persistent on all devices, including school devices so it's something on bromcoms end. around 306 schools rely on this service in my county alone, and other classmates also have issues with homework arriving as HTML. I'm by no means a qualified website developer, but from what limited things I know is that this is just software recycled from 40 years ago and just a shameless modern cash-grab. Support is non-existent, as students have to 'go to IT', but all the issues are on bromcoms end. If any of governors in west sussex see this, please steer away from this service - It genuinely affects my learning
