Die funktionieren super hätte es nicht gedacht

Super Armbänder die wirklich halten was sie versprechen. Nämlich die fiesen Stechmücken fern halten. Es gibt viele andere Produkte die ich ausprobiert habe. Aber keines hat so effektiv geholfen wie dieses. Vor allem stinken die meisten anderen ekelhaft. Diese Armbänder bemerkt man kaum. Ich kann diese Armbänder absolut empfehlen.

Ich kann Bronoir nur weiter empfehlen. Ich hatte einen extra Wunsch. Der ohne Aufpreis erfüllt wurde. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Schnelle unkomplizierte Antwort auf meine Fragen. Alles sehr kompetent und das Produkt ist wirklich sehr gut.

Ich habe es erst einen Tag ausprobiert. In unserem Wald habe ich immer Zecken, wenn ich nur dort un der Nähe bin.... Dafür oder dagegen habe ich es eigentlich gekauft. Die Mücken hat es gut abgewehrt, aber Zecken hatte ich leider abend doch wieder.

Halten was sie versprechen

Wir haben die Armbänder im Sommer immer dran und bis jetzt war es immer positiv. Haben jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt 😄

Bei uns kamen die Armbänder innerhalb von 14 Tagen an, das war ok.
Natürlich sind sie kein 100%iger Schutz, aber wir wurden definitiv weniger belästigt als ohne.

Lange Lieferzeit, die Armbänder stinken und kommen aus China. War vorher nicht ersichtlich. Rücksendung nur mit Kosten. Finger weg.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.. NEVER TO BE HEARD FROM AGAIN

I have been in correspondense with Bronoir now for over 2 months regarding replacing some barefoot shoes I purchased which when arrived were 2 sizes to big for my feet. I was originally told that I would be emailed a return address details so that I could return the 3 pairs of barefoot shoes. It never arrired in my inbox. The correct email address was given and replied too however an attachment was never added. This correspondence bounced back and forth every week with promise after promise, until finally I broke and said I would post my issues on Trust Pilot. It is then that I was told the support team would dispatch immediateyl 3 pairs of the correct size barefoot shoes to me along with the return details. I was happy about that. Today is another day and several emails later asking when I would find out when my shoes would be dispatched. Today I received this mail, "Dear customer,

Hello! I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your messages. We are currently experiencing issues in our process, which has caused delays and inconveniences. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any claims for the next 5 business days.

However, please rest assured that we will address your case as soon as possible and provide the best solution for your situation.

This is a cop out, I don't think I am ever going to receive a replacement.
I will not be using Bronoir again even though I like the product.

Leider kann ich mich einigen "Vorredner*innen" nur anschließen. Die Bänder kamen viel zu spät und waren somit nutzlos. Eine Retoure hat mich 5 Emails gekostet, da ich keine Ersattung von 10% akzeptieren wollte. Auf eigene Kosten habe ich das Paket mit Sendungsverfolgung zurück geschickt. Leider habe ich nie das Geld zurück bekommen. Es ist alles ganz und gar nicht kundenorientiert und ein absolut fragwürdiges Geschäftsgebahren.

Ich hatte zwei Armbänder bestellt, die nicht rechtzeitig zu unserem Urlaub ankamen. Nach der Rückkehr habe ich die Retoure angemeldet. Zunächst wurden mir 20% Rabatt angeboten, sofern ich die Armbänder behalte. Das kam für mich nicht in Frage. Einen professionellen Retourenprozess gibt es nicht. Einige Wochen nach dem Versand erkundigte ich mich nach der Erstattung und sollte die Sendungsverfolgung dafür bereiststellen, das konnte ich nicht. Die Sendung kam etwas später zurück, nicht zustellbar. Erneute Nachfrage, erneuter Versand. Wenig überraschend vergingen wieder mehrere Wochen. Auf meine Nachfrage vor einigen Tagen wurde wieder nach der Sendungsverfolgungsnummer gefragt. Der Händler scheint keinen Überblick zu haben. Inzwischen war ich so verärgert, zumal das in Anbetracht der Bewertungen bei dem Anbieter System zu haben scheint, dass ich eine Frist für die Erstattung gesetzt habe und eine Kontaktaufnahme durch meinen Rechtsanwalt in Ausicht gestellt habe, sollte die Erstattung nicht erfolgen. Die Erstattung ist anschließend sehr schnell eingegangen.

I wish there was a lower grade than 1 star. These guys get a negative 20. Worst customer service when you can even get customer service. Over priced cheap shoes just don’t buy from them.. and if they don’t fit. They don’t honor their own return policy. IF you do get approved for a return you send them back at your expense, and then they have your money and shoes. Oh! Try and report them to the Better Buisness Bureau, the company is based in Dubai. Horrible company

While the shipping is a bit slow (by Amazon Prime standards) the company is very responsive via email and the package did arrive. The shoes are lightweight as promised and offer a wide toe area. So far so good! I don't see anything that looks or feels like hard tacks in the bottom, as others have reported. Be patient and check your email.

Bronoir is not a reliable bussiness, my order was placed August I'm still waiting for my shoes I'm constantly been told to email info relating to order and tracking number leads to a dead end

Seems to be selling under different names on face book
Last request was on messenger if I can send order information which I have done numerous time to no avail
It's a scam to many peaple with the same complains

Hilft leider nicht, die Mücken stechen dennoch. Die Rückgabe ist sehr kompliziert, die Retourkosten muss man dann selbst übernehmen. Es wird versucht einem mit einer Rückzahlung von 20 % zu locken, lächerlich.
Finger weg, erst gar nicht kaufen!

It's a SCUM. Simply!
I placed an order, got a confirmation email, plus a track number, and......that was all I ever got for my money after more than a month now.
No, wait, I got two emails a little later from the customer service in response to my enquiries, in which they just told me to be patient, wait, and that they are working on my delayed order.! Total bullshit!
After that I asked for a refund, guess what, no response whatsoever!
Stay away, they should be persecuted for fraud!
