Extremely poor quality products and very difficult to deal with once they get their money. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. If you insist on dealing with them read their return policy first. That'll change your mind... They're pathetic crooks.

They don't tell you everything comes from China. The return policy is horrific. You have to pay customs fee and shipping costs to China. Buyer beware. The goods are cheaply made. Takes so long to arrive you can't make the return deadline.

Scam Chinese junk. Thought was buying from Canadian Company. Ordered XL shifts shirts that came were marked XL but are actually small. Quality was very thin material single stitch bad sewing job. Return is very expensive and no guarantee they will ever get back to china at my expense.

I am writing regarding my recent purchase.

I took advantage of a “buy one, get one free” promotion and received my order within a reasonable timeframe. However, after trying the items on, I found that they did not fit properly and requested a return.

I was then informed that I could return the items only if I prepaid customs and return shipping. This came as a surprise, as I believed I was purchasing from a company operating within Canada. The quoted return cost was approximately $43, which is quite high considering I paid $70 for both shirts.

I was then offered an exchange if I paid an additional $20 shipping fee. I agreed to this, expecting to receive two properly sized shirts in exchange for the original items. However, I was later told that I would only receive one replacement shirt because the original purchase was part of a promotion — a promotion that is still currently being advertised.

At this point, I would have paid $90 total and received only one shirt, while still being left with two shirts that do not fit. This does not seem reasonable.

I understand that sizing can be an issue when ordering online, and I take responsibility for that. However, I believe it is fair to expect clearer disclosure regarding return costs, especially if items are being shipped internationally. I also believe it would be reasonable to allow returns using a domestic shipping option, with the expectation of receiving equivalent items in exchange.

Overall, I am disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I will not make anymore purchases from this Canada store.

Chinese drop shipping scam selling junk merchandise entirely unlike what is seen on the website. Items are extremely poor quality and ill-fitting. Company misrepresents itself as a long-standing Canadian retail institution when in fact it has no presence in Canada. Returns policy is brutal. They will tell you to mail everything back to China at your own expense for a refund - but they specify goods must be returned at the highest possible shipping price point AND each return is subject to "customs" fees that amount to the consumer actually paying more to send the product back than the original cost of the product.

Even if you try to go down this route, they simply drop all communications and refuse to give you the essential data required to send the items back.

There is deception at every level with this scam outfit.
