While looking at an image online is great, there's nothing like a sample in your hands. Going one better, Brookhollow lets you customize a sample. It's great to see the actual piece and literally get a feel for it. Brookhollow does not disappoint, a very nice product at a very competitive price point. And those occasions where I have had to contact customer service because of an oversight on my part, the experience has always been exemplary.

Return address on envelope flap was not level or centered. They reprinted at no charge, but 2nd printing still not centered.
