David was incredibly helpful and professional and nothing was too much for him. He was at the end of the phone to answer any question I had. What really set him apart was his regular and consistent feedback especially after every viewing- I never had to chase him for updates. Prospective buyers would only have left the viewing and David would be in touch with an update, he really took the stress out of selling! He used his invaluable knowledge of the local market to get things moving quickly. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to sell.

I dealt with Brophy Cusack for the the purchase of my house and then the resale of it 2 1/2 years later. I dealt with Jeffrey both times and found him to be helpful, flexible and approachable.
