The Best Natural pet shop in Worthing
KoI am a regular customer and visitor to the shop in Ferring.
I have been going since October last year when I moved to Ferring and I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless there is one particular member of staff in the shop. They aren't always approachable and can be down right rude. There have been occasions when I have gone in with my dogs and they have totally ignored me, even though on several occasions I have been in the shop and they have made a fuss of my girls.
However, the atmosphere of the shop, doesn't feel the same oppression with other members of staff in attendance including:-
Lois, Chris and Quinn, who I see as the "Dream team" Not only do they acknowledge ALL customers, but they will stop what they are doing and give their time to help any customer in need, including nutrition, supplements and skin care.
They are not just your average "pet store" Staff, they are a very valuable source of information and I am sure that every customer, me included see that and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else. My girls have never been better since coming to Brown's and I wanted that recognised!
