Wrong items sent, have tried to contact Browns to rectify . And both methods have been ignored. They usually are good and contacting myself to see if I am happy with a replacement. Unfortunately this didn’t happen this time.

My partner and I have placed multiple orders with Brown's Pet Range for dog treats for our Husky, and bird food for our Cockatiel and Green-cheek conure.
Prices for the products are great and delivery has always been speedy.

I have been buying these treats for 2 years and they have been lovely. They are soft and I can bury my dog's pills in them and she doesn't realise. The last 2 lots I've bought have been awful. Very hard and when I break them and try to sandwich the pill in they crumble. So totally useless. I did email the company but of course was ignored.

My dogs love this food, but I have struggled to get this delivered undamaged recently. The last delivery was really damaged, I had at least 10 trays that were open in the box, which meant that they had to go in the fridge before use. I was really disappointed, there was little to no packaging and the company have been great in the past?
I have emailed several times to see if there is a resolution, and I have been disappointed again.

Ordered dog food……got numerous notifications and it arrived within a few days!!!! Very efficient……I like it!!!! Thank you 🙏🏼
