I order myself a nice necklace to treat myself after a challenging time and got my order confirmed - so far, so good. Then I waited, waited and waited some more. No order arrives. This is strange I thought and emilad the costumer servie. To my surprise the order is not even shipped due to "unforeseen shipping delays" - fine, this could happen. But to not hear from the company and for them reach out to their costumers when delays happen, instead me reaching out to them? They issued a refund, but due to changes in currency rates I still lost money. So now I'm poorer, angrier and deeply disappointed.

Terrible. Have tried contacting them on numerous occasions to follow up on order and NO communication whatsoever! Never bothering with them again.

I love their designs, but I've had to get a bracelet replaced after wearing it for only a few months. After getting the replacement bracelet in December, it is now August and I need ANOTHER replacement! Gems and parts of the bracelet popped out. I tried to contact the company and they refused to send a replacement or respond to my email about my concerns. Unfortunate because I ALWAYS rave about the company to others, but no longer will be as the customer service did not help me out with my concerns.

I have ordered 4 or 5 times now from Bryan Anthonys and I love everything that I bought and got in! Each piece of jewelry has a story attached to it giving it a deeper meaning, that can really give you a way to relate the jewelry to YOUR STORY or to your loved one's story. Especially if you have a friend or family member going through a rough time, needing some encouragement after a broken heart 💔 or a dream lost. There are also 2 piece sets, that are meant to be shared with your bestie 🫶! Some of the most unique necklaces are the state motifs! They are so Cute! Because they are a Texas company, their first state was Texas, and the card with it speaks lovingly about the Lone Star State ⭐. Then they followed with the other 49 States! The cards all speak about where each of us finds home. I think these are perfect for college students out of state and military members who are far from their homes, possibly for the first time. Whatever piece of jewelry that speaks to you, gold or silver, one piece or a two piece set, for yourself or someone else, you won't be disappointed! ❤️ I wouldn't continue to order from them if I had ever been disappointed in anything I had ordered, so OBVIOUSLY I have been VERY, VERY HAPPY, WITH EVERY PIECE!!! ❤️ I think you and your giftee, both will be too.

Love the earrings and necklace I got, but the clasps are cheaply made. The backing of one of the earrings came off first day I wore them and thankfully I caught the earring before it got lost, but considering the price I didn't think that would happen. I'm just using different backings from other earrings I own, but that shouldn't happen to brand new earrings. Maybe mine were just defective and it won't happen to others! I love the actual hoops though. Also, the clasp on the necklace is cheap too and really hard to operate. Again, I love the actual jewelry and am dealing with it, but the faulty backing and clasp is kind of annoying. I'll probably just get some backings and clasps on amazon switch them out.

I loved the different options that I was able to choose from. I was shopping for my best friend and their were so many different options that I haven't seen on other websites. They are very personal and you can tell they care about their quality and their customers.

I haven’t received the earrings yet. They were ordered on May 31 st but I still haven’t received them. I love the jewelry and look forward to your rectifying this problem! Thank you for your time and attention to this matter!

I HATE to " complain" - but.. it Truely has lost a bit of magic...Hi there I just received an order of four pieces ,and I'll they're always lovely. I have many things for my daughters ,my mother , aunt's, my daughter's coaches, teachers, Etc ..over the last few years. I love you guys ,but I have to be honest, without the box it most definitely loses some of the🪄 🥲 magic. When you open the little white box and you can read the sentiment right there and then- without the plastic covering, it makes so much more sense. I'd rather have the little white boxes back then the fancy Mailer ,to be honest. I hate to be negative, but def not how I wanted the gifts to be presented.. my daughters keep all of the little cards and frame them in special little frames & ,I also can barely read these they are so much smaller than they used to be. Again I'm not complaining but I'd rather pay an extra dollar per product and get a little white box without the plastic & " bag" .♡

I’ll start by saying the charm on the necklace is super cute and dainty, which is just what I wanted. However, the necklace it comes on is really cheap and came crimped. I received this necklace for Mother’s Day but the quality of it was very disappointing and way overpriced for what it is. Bottom line, don’t waste your money.

Poor quality for the price. I got sucked into their story and fell for all their too good to be true reviews. Notice how there isn’t a single bad review on their website? Their jewelry is made in China and the quality is horrible. My moonstone necklace tarnished not even a few months after purchase. I do not shower with my jewelry and take care of my jewelry. Do not purchase from this company if you expect quality.

I was searching all over the internet unable to find the "right" pair of earrings to purchase as "sister gifts." I found Bryan Anthonys and bought 6 total pairs of the Beautifully broken, post earrings. (including me, there are 6 sisters) They arrived quickly and I love them. The are just the right size and are so pretty! I know my sisters will love them too, including the thoughtful message, one which we all can relate to at one time or another during different seasons of our lives.

My first purchase from this company was a Christmas gift for my daughters. I got them both the Pause necklace. They both said it was the most meaningful gift they’ve received and they wear their necklaces everyday. The jewelry is high quality and has not tarnished at all (and my girls shower with the jewelry on). I have been so impressed with my first purchase that I just now bought a few items, one of which is for my sister-in-law whose husband is seriously ill in the ICU. These gifts are wonderful for times when it can be challenging to find the right words to say to someone who is hurting and/or suffering.
