They sell you a wonderful story with every jewelery. You are tricked into believing that you are paying for some expensive product with gold and silver plating.
How ever that you receive is some cheap plastic stuff that comes from china.
The return process is created so you will lose your money instead of getting it back.
I wrote an review on their homepage aswell but it got deleted quite fast.

FIRST! Bryan Anthony’s has beautiful designs for all occasions!!! My first order from them was the “Butterfly” Necklaces for my granddaughters to celebrate their bond as sisters! What a beautiful gift this turned out to be!!!

And just now, I ordered 10 of the “Family” necklaces for our family reunion around my Aunt’s 80th birthday!!! All the ladies are going to love these as a wonderful keepsake piece!!!

I have ordered several pieces and have been very pleased with everyone. They are not only beautiful but very well crafted. The pieces are very original.
I just did my biggest order, the “3” has a special meaning to me amd my kids so I ordered 6 bracelets w! 3 mini pearls for each of the girls in my family, the gold is sold out so they will email me when it is back in stock so I can order the other 2 for my girls that prefer gold🤗 now that is great customer service!

I asked to make a return and the customer service was amazing. They were very helpful, kind, and fast. Because of their service I will be a repeat customer and recommend them to friends and family.

I received your "wave" necklace as a gift last Christmas and I loved it so that I wore it 24/7. Although "the wave" didn't tarnish, the necklace left a large green ring around my neck, which took a lot of scrubbing to wash off.

I was gifted the Teacher necklace and, since then, have been a big fan of your beautifully crafted jewelry. The words of wisdom that pair the pieces are equally thoughtful and eloquently written.

I haven’t even had this ring a month and it’s already changing colors along the band. It’s super cute but not user friendly or well made enough to withstand wearing daily. Very disappointed considering I spent over $30 for a ring that I won’t get to wear very long because of the discoloration.

I just received the "Pause" necklaces. I ordered some in gold and silver. I am extremely pleased with their quality. I can't wait to give them to those I love! Who need a gentle reminder to pause and know just how incredible they are!

The website was easy to navigate, very user friendly.
The website looked professional and classy and the items are so cute. I liked that there were multiple options at checkout; I used Paypal because I already have an account set up and that made it even easier and less time consuming. I love supporting a small business and I can't wait to get my items and gift them to my niece!

Said it would ship in 1-4 days and I ordered it for Mother's day and 5 days later she didn't receive it and she didn't get a mother's day gift. BS Trash company.
