So many wonderful products . Staff is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have aging skin concerns and they put together a skin routine for me that has been working better than any of my past products.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Took 3 weeks for the package to arrive. Wouldn’t let me cancel my order, wouldn’t price adjust. No promised samples. I very much regret doing business with this company. Do not patronize this business, they do not value their customers and will treat you horribly. Well.ca has much better service.

Has not fulfilled order after over a week.

Terrible customer service experience, no personal touch and just sends canned responses. No resolution offered over the terrible fulfillment timeline and lack of communication.

Sold out of an item and did not offer a refund until I reached out.

It’s all about making money

I started with a good experience that changed negative as soon as I asked for a specific thing. I decided I didn’t want to spend so much money on skin care. This company offers many good products though not cheap. I bought from them from a specific line. A Montreal company called Davincia, love their products but quite pricey, and too many steps. I get in touch with BSE to ask to use all the accumulated points 2152 for one last purchase so I don’t loose the points. After much back and forth they said no, it wouldn’t be fair to other clients. I understand their rules and regulations, though this is a one time ask because I am deactivating my account and never plan on buying from them again. So instead of loosing all the points, i accumulated through my purchases, I would rather use them.
But no!
I find that they lack customer service and lack interest to keep their customers or to even make their customers happy. It’s all about making money.
