Very bad experience and very bad customer service, they don't even know the right process!

One of the worst online marketing experiences
I ordered the Ariston heater 8 days ago and expected date of delivery was today and the customer service called me twice yesterday and last Friday to confirm the address and the order and when I called them to check status of delivery they called me that the order was canceled from their end without notification or even cause of cancellation

Horrible service. 10 days and items not delivered, both outlet and delivery address in the same city! Customer representatives professional liars, will shut you up with “item will be delivered tomorrow “. Shop elsewhere.

The only thing that I like is the wide range. Customer Service isn't good at all, they talk to you like they are busy and they dont know the specs of the products they sell very bad customer service

This is one of the worst companies you can order from , untrustworthy , liars and phony ...my daughter ordered a Hoover vacuum with delivery date on June 17th , she kept calling them daily after the order was late and they kept telling her its on the way, finally we talked to someone and said the order was canceled for no reason without letting us know, very unprofessional, then we found another vacuum on their site which is Tornado , then we compared same price at Al Araby we found it 1300 L.E cheaper, they are scammers we wont deal with u again....be aware of this company seriously , piece of crap

I ordered one fan and it had a problem,
Next day after receiving, I called them, they rejected to replace and asked me to go to the Manufacturer agent to get the faulty report..
Really non professional attitude and I strongly recommend to avoid any buying from them anymore,

I ordered earbuds from Btech and received a counterfeit product. I returned them via Aramex on February 21st but the driver never gave me a waybill. Btech then sent a second driver the next day for the same already-collected item. It's been weeks and they still haven't refunded my 740 EGP. I've filed a CPA complaint but Btech is still not responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a fridge from them online. They sent it with a shipping company. The shipping company when the fridge was delivered said that it is not their responsibility to to check it. After they left i found a broken shelf. I called btech they always say they will submit a complain and someone will call me in 24 hours and never called. Unfortunately, they also didn't send an invoice as well. I didn't know what to do

Waardeloze bedrijf.veel apparaten gekocht.geen jaar en kapot.bij elke apparaat geven je schuld door verkeerde gebruik.dus garantie heeft geen nut bij deze bedrijf.magnetroon was geen 3 maanden oud en krijg ik herrie van binnen.krijg ik te horen je moet zelf de apparaat naar onze service centrum brengen.ook bij g bruik van stofzuiger ging de slang los van de kop.krijg schuld door verkeerde gebruik en moet ik de kosten betalen.ik raad niemand aan.

TL;DR, I’ve lost all trust in this company. They don’t protect buyers, they don’t enforce accountability on sellers, and they actively prevent warnings from reaching other customers. This isn’t just poor service, this is fraud.

I ordered a phone, paid by Visa, and the order completely disappeared from my account, vanished! if I didn't have a screenshot, I'd have zero proof. Customer support was inconsistent, some even claimed the order didn't exist. Only through their mobile app could I find my order, but it showed no order number, no receipt, no proof of payment on my side! All Evidence was locked in their system.

When the phone arrived, it was the lower-spec version. I researched the seller and found on other reputable marketplaces that he's notorious for DELIBERATELY sending the cheaper models. But here, he had no reviews at all, I now know why.

I contacted customer support and was told I could ONLY return the phone if the box was "completely unopened," as if it was my fault! Luckily I hadn't unwrapped it yet. But it still took them over a week to arrange collection, and even then, they provided no documentation proving that I returned the product. Again, I had no proof, while they had both my money and the phone.

Days passed with no updates. Every time I called, I got the same scripted response: "your complaint is forwarded to management, they'll get back to you in 48h." Nobody ever did. Eventually, they admitted the seller had received the phone back but still hadn't refunded them, and they just "waited" for him to act! Almost a month later, I finally received an email that my money was refunded. No invoices, no documents, nothing to hold them accountable with. only wasted time and stress.

I tried leaving a respectful review about the seller to warn others. It was rejected by their third-party review system with the excuse: "we don't accept reviews for products that didn't work or weren't sent properly." In other words, you cannot leave reviews for scams, wrong items, or undelivered products!

Credit where it's due though, the delivery staff were the only part of this experience that worked properly.

I purchased a tablet online from B.TECH, but unfortunately, the product I received was used and faulty. The screen was not working from the very first minute I turned it on. I reported the issue to customer service, and they collected the tablet from me. However, it has been a month now with no updates, no communication, and no resolution to my problem. Very disappointing experience.

شركة حرامية و نصابين اشتريت من عندهم تكيف يونيون اير و التكيف من اول يوم في مشاكل و الفني اللي شافه غشني و اوهمني انه متركب غلط عشان يمنعني من تغيره و يضيغ عليا ال30 يوم اللي مسموحلي اغيره فيهم و دلوقتي رافضين يغيروه

Called then and asked for a washing machine repair. They gave 4 appointments and never showed up in any of them. Each time I call them they just say that they will register a complain which is worth nothing. Never going to buy from them again.

It is the worst seller I have ever dealt with

Brought a fridge from them that turned out too small for my space and called them to exchange it for a higher priced bigger one. Two weeks later the fridge remains in my kitchen unopened and agents keep saying they are coming. Do not deal with this company unless you have time to waste.

b.texh Egypt is one of the worst stores I ever dealt with. ridiculously over expensive than any other store. poor return policies.

I bought a Samsung tv, LG hood and stove top over 60 k ego .. paid in full on march 25 2025 delivery was supposed to be April 6 .. pushed to 8 then to the 10th then now on the 10th there are no more dates!
