Prices on web site are really clear
Prices on web site are really clear. Calls answered promptly, although it was a shame that the web site indicated we weren’t in their area when I knew we were: that was resolved. Lead into collection is by necessity a few days & perhaps that could be explained on booking? Would use again.

Resposta da Bucks Recycling Ltd
Thank you for your review and for your helpful feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our website pricing clear and that our team were quick to answer your calls.
We’re sorry the website initially indicated that you were outside our service area, but we’re glad we were able to resolve this for you. We also appreciate your suggestion about making the expected collection lead time clearer during the booking process — we’ll take this on board.
It’s great to hear you would use us again, and we look forward to helping you in the future! 💚
