I bought my Buddy Rider years ago, and my dog still loves it! And when I say 'loves it,' she literally tries to jump on our bikes whenever we get them out.
It's easy to attach to the bike, easy to get our dog in, and safe and secure for her. She also gets showered with attention when she's in the Buddy Rider, which she loves.
I've recently had to purchase spare parts for our Buddy Rider, and the customer service I received was exceptional.
I recommend the Buddy Rider to absolutely everyone with a dog.

Fantastic product, have a toy poodle (5lbs.) bought the flex arm which is a must for infinite adjustments, standard arm would not have worked with my folding bike.also bought the padded insert for dogs comfort, great idea.

Eerder hebben we een buddyrider besteld voor onze hond en hier zijn we erg tevreden over. Om deze reden hebben we een extra montagebeugel gekocht voor op mijn fiets. Echter blijkt na passen en meten dat de buddyrider helaas niet op mijn fiets past.

Om deze reden zoals gevraagd contact met buddyrider opgenomen via de mail voor toestemming retourneren. Hier niets meer op gehoord. Vanwege de retourtermijn vervolgens via het contactformulier op de website contact opgenomen en het artikel alvast retour gestuurd, omdat ik anders te laat zou zijn. Toen kreeg ik redelijk snel een reactie met het adres waar naartoe ik het retour kon sturen.

Ongeveer een maand later nog geen geld teruggekregen daarom wederom contact opgenomen om te vragen naar stand van zaken. Blijkt dat het artikel ontvangen is en het verzoek IBAN door te geven. Ik vind het vreemd dat als het artikel ontvangen is het aankoopbedrag niet direct terugbetaald wordt, dat ik hierom moet vragen en dat ik dan ook nog weer mijn IBAN moet doorgeven. Lijkt mij dat dit allemaal bekend is bij Buddyrider.

Moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik op bovenstaande vraag van Buddyrider pas na 3 weken gereageerd heb, maar vandaag constateer ik dat ik na 1.5 week nog steeds geen geld teruggekregen heb.

Al met al vind ik het bijzonder hoe het allemaal gaat en ben ik blij dat het 'maar' om € 33 gaat en niet om de € 200 nog wat voor het zitje.

Simple but sturdy construction and easy to fit !
