Second time ordering. I like that they use FedEx or UPS not USPS as it is deliverd right to my front door in a few days not weeks as some others do. Communication is excellent and the product is good although I have ony ordered bulk shake it is clean (no sticks) and does what I need it to do. I have had others ship with sticks that was not good at all. This is real good so I hope they always have it.The Juicy Fruit bud was a zero, It gave me no buzz at all. THCp did not seem to be that much different.

The worst place to buy products low quality products at a high price. I had to be hospitalized after taking some of their products!

The products are amazing. Customer service is absolute trash. In November I had an order that UPS lost. I filed the claim with UPS and contacted Budzburn so I can get my goods but never heard from them. Today I placed another order. Several hours later I received a shipment confirmation for WAY more than I intended to order. I looked back and there must have been a glitch in the system while I was trying to use coupon codes or something but my charge should have been $99, not $339. I reached out and again have yet to hear, but now UPS is going to deliver this nonsense tomorrow and I need to know how to return the stuff I didn’t want and get my money back. Plus now I want them to actually look into my lost order because it was insured through UPS, I should have received my product or a refund by now. Not at all happy with the customer service and I’m afraid I’m going to have to look elsewhere from now on which sucks cause I love buying local.
