After 7 days and contacting the company that does the verifications they verified my account and i finally could withdraw 2.000 euro. Gues what the moment i want to withdraw they removed my verification and they made my balance for 66% bonus money. I did not use any bonus amount of accepted any bonus. They turned real money into bonus money so when i verify my account again i need to cancel 1000 euro and then i can withdraw 500 but the 1000 euro is real money.
