My 90 year old Mum finally needed a buggy and a friend told us about Bugg-Ease.

We made an initial enquiry and spoke to Matt. He was so helpful and we quickly decided this was the buggy for Mum. It was delivered two days later by a fantastic delivery driver and he showed Mum how to drive it and set it up for her. She played her first round of golf today with it and it was so good really easy to drive and so smooth.

We didn’t realise that the next buggy in the shed at the Golf Club is also a Bugg-Ease. We spoke to the owners who have had it for some time and they say it’s really reliable and are very happy with it.

We are so happy that we chose Bugg-Ease and Mum is looking forward to many rounds of golf using it.

I can just reiterate everyone’s experience with this company.
Did my research and knew what I wanted. 10 minutes on the phone and Jon matched everything I wanted. Had the buggy at my home address the next working day.
Excellent company, both Jon & Matt very knowledgable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would like to put this down as a true experience.
No BS.
I went to have a look at the Buggy on Wednesday the 20th August 25. I knew what I wanted and told Matt, within 1/2 hr the buggy was built and I had a test drive. 15mins later it was in the back of my car.
I tried it out on the following Saturday. Fully loaded with my golf bag , I was a bit apprehensive as my bag is heavy but no trouble to the Buggy.

Despite the initial set back of front and back end damage by the pallet delivery co to my buggy found on unpacking, there were no arguments about this and another buggy was speedily delivered within a few days, and the other one collected and taken away for return to Bugg-Ease. .The buggy turns out to be just what I needed and has extended my fitness & enjoyment for golf.

My buggy arrived after 1st class customer service from Matt & Jon. I suffer from mobility & health issues, the buggy is amazing and a real game changer for me.

Excellent service throughout the entire process from order to delivery. Meticulous attention to detail and an excellent product too.

A first rate company to deal with. Excellent product in the buggy and customer service many could take a lesson from. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a golf buggy.

okay, so had the buggy for a month now and continue to be very impressed and happy at my choice. Looked at several options and decided on Bugg Ease and think Iafe the right choice. It looks stunning when first unwrapped and as it arrives assembled its go from the start.
On the course it is fast enough to get around and the ability to go slower keeps you totally comfortable listening and chatting to my mates. Its a little bumpy at times due to no suspension but nothing that would bother me.
Getting the buggy into My car is so easy and quick with the ramps ( ramps are light and easy to handle) Infact my clubs and buggy are in the car quicker than my mates with standard buggies.
The one thing I would recommend is that a non slip or protective patch be placed either side on the wings to protect the paint work. Also care when dropping the handlebar down as its prone to scratching on the seat post.These are not negatives just suggestions.
I would give this product 5 stars all day after a months use and look forward to using it for a long time. I played 50 holes on our course over the weekend and had 10 percent battery left.Not bad really

Jon at Bugg Ease made buying a golf buggy very easy. He fully explained all the controls of the buggy and demonstrated it fitting into my car. The buggy is great quality and reasonably priced. So pleased with my purchase and with Bugg Ease Ltd. Thank you

I have been renting golf club buggies since a minor stroke in January,eventually convinced the wife to part with a bit of cash.Left a message to call me back when available,got a call same day from Jon,it was a Sunday so very surprised.he gave me lots of info as well as ensuring it would fit into my Ford Focus.Recieved my new buggy on Tues by courier,(couldn't collect has I live quite a way from Bradford}.I live within 1/2 mile from my golf course so drove it there on mobility speed.Can't find fault with the handling and versatility on the course.All in all very happy with the buggy and thank you Jon for making the purchase an easy ride.Also to Matt for the follow up email with all the instructions.

Matt organised a home trial. Just what I needed to reassure me that a 76yr old female could load and unload the buggy from a car. Ordered and arrived swiftly. Was able to drive off the delivery pallet and into the car with the use of the remote attachment. Great on the course and much admired.

Excellent company to deal with the phone is always answered Matt or Jon are a pleasure to talk to my used buggy arrived on time on a pallet well protected very pleased with it it now resides at my golf club buggy store where it is on trickle charge 24/7 used it once up to 13 hole and it still had 7/8 of the battery left i actualy drove it to the club via the footpaths which i was suprised it fitted on but no problem i would not hesitate to recommend them for a purchase

hi Gents just thought I would put a bit of my experience in an email together for your reference expressing my delight on my purchase of my new buggie for you gents.

While struggling to.walk round a golf course since me hip.and lag issues. Pain been the main restrictions.

Playing off a handicap of 11 before issues with my hip and leg pains preventing me.from enjoying going to play golf. Over a 3 year period of persevering with the pain seeing specialists and spending / wasting money on doctors to no avail. I found myself struggling to play golf without an expensive course buggie rental. ok it helped but became an expensive round of golf with an average buggie rental for the round been £30.00 on top of the course greens fee.

So been a proud man in my late 50s I was reluctant to and embarrassed to turn up at the golf club with my own single seated buggie. Well with trying to mix playing with other without a buggie it become apparent that I had to make a decision. Stop golf or play with an expensive course buggie.

Well after doing my due diligence I took the decision to find the best buggie around. So buggease came to the top of my decision.

Went to see them in Bradford for a demo. 10 mins chat and selection of buggie to suit my needs I bought one. Jon kindly demonstrated how easy it was to fit in the back of my car. Ramps bought and loaed I paid.for the new buggie and off in went.

Played my first round of golf pain free and enjoyed it using the buggie. Handed the course well and not one issue with hills and slops. Weather and ground firm but felt safe in the buggie and from start to finish 18 holes was a pleasure to get round.

Bought my buggy in May 2023. I played around 20 rounds of golf in 2023 and 2024, but have played more this year (around 20 rounds so far), so I have used the buggy for about 60 rounds of golf since buying it.

In May 2025 the buggy suddenly stopped working during a round, fortunately about 150 yards from the 18th green, and my playing companions were able to push it for me. Rang Matt and arranged to drop it in to the workshop for repair. The repair was done quickly, but the workshop had not been told I was bringing it for a repair that day - seems this is a common occurrence when dealing with Matt. Turned out to be a wiring issue that had ‘been there from the start!’ The company still charged me £40 for the repair, however!

Last week (11 June 2025) I noticed a problem with the chair. A bolt was loose which secured the base of the chair and further inspection showed that the hole in the chair, which the bolt screwed in to, had collapsed inwards, meaning it was no longer possible to fasten the bolt. In effect the chair was no longer of any use and needed to be replaced.

I contacted Matt (Wednesday) and paid £200 for a replacement chair. Matt was originally going to have it delivered on Thursday, but as I was at a funeral this was changed to Friday.

The chair did not arrive. Contacted Matt late on Friday for an update - apparently (!!) a courier issue and it would now be delivered on Monday (today)

Now 5.45pm Monday and chair still not arrived.

So the buggy has lasted 60 or so rounds before two repairs were needed - one to repair an issue that shouldn’t have needed repairing (but I was charged for even so) and the second to replace the original chair that had lasted only 60 rounds.

And I am still waiting for the replacement chair, having not arrived on the original scheduled delivery date, nor the revised delivery date.

My experience of the product and the company has not been good. I do not recommend.
