The website was really simple and easy to use. The shipping details never came up until checkout which made it had for the final amount owning.

They Scammer .They tell me order has been dispatched but nothing arrive to me. They Scam

Order was made. Received receipt with tracking number and company whom to pick up. 3 weekly been still no parcel. Emailed and called bugout Australia with no reply. Called courier company they stated no such pick up was made. My item is still in despatch at bugout Australia. Same answer as my tracking is telling me. Very poor not happy at all

Ordered a roll of tint and it never came

This is a follow up review to which I expressed my annoyance with being asked to review something the instant you make a purchase, no point obviously. Now, goods purchased have arrived undamaged as ordered and may I say very promptly. The transaction was without any problem and to Bugouts credit they did respond to my initial review which wasn’t an attack on them rather to question. I realise these reviews requests are generally automated but they did say in response they will delay such for 2 weeks now to give people a better opportunity to respond with useful and more insightful reviews. Good on you Bugout and thank you. Thanks to Trustpilot too for showing this kind of process is monitored and indicates to reviewers someone is listening.

I bought a pressure cleaner it didn’t worker at all. After that I tried to contact Bugout Australia they didn’t help me out. I’m really disappointed about their services and I don’t recommend them.

My new pressure washer doesn’t work. I contacted the customer service and told them that I couldn’t start the machine. I was advised to change spark plug. I did and still doesn’t work. I sent them an email. So no answer from them. Very bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Design is OK.
Manufacturing quality is acceptable.
A bit difficult to install with soft garment straps that tend to get peel off easily.

Three weeks later after paying $30 in postage , I am yet to receive my purchase.

I brought this to Bugout’s attention and they issued a full refund.
