Alors, comment dire que c'est vraiment décevant :( C'est inutile, même l'IA la plus basique ne parvient pas à m'aider avec mon projet. En fait, c'est quoi ? C'est une IA astucieuse ou pas du tout ? Il faudrait revoir l'interface ainsi que votre chat qui bouge avec ma souris. J'ai jamais vu quelque chose d'aussi frustrant. Je vous déconseille de lancer votre projet, ça va juste tout gâcher. (Je suis obligé de dire cela car cela a détruit mon projet à cause de l'IA inefficace.)

I had a very disappointing experience with Builder.io.

I tried to increase my credit limit and was asked to pay $25 through Stripe. After paying, the system asked me to pay again, so I paid another $25.

In total, $50 has been charged, but nothing changed in my account. My credit limit was not updated and the payment appears to have had no effect.

I contacted support multiple times over the last three days, but have received no response at all.

At the moment I have paid $50 and cannot use the service as intended. I hope someone from Builder.io finally looks into this and resolves the issue.

Дело в том, что это очень дорого. Половину своего бюджета вы будете тратить на исправление артефактов в тексте "���", из-за которых вы никуда не денетесь. Сервис не предоставляет никакой технической поддержки касательно этих проблем. Максимум, что они вам напишут спустя 2 дня о том, что вот мы вам предоставили 200 бонусных кредитов, несмотря на то, что вы потратили на это 10 000 кредитов. Условно. Эти проблемы постоянно появляются. Любое внедрение, которое вы пытаетесь сделать в сайт, оно будет преследоваться этими ошибками, и от них никуда не деться. Сервис никак не работает над этим.

For months i've been dealing with bugs in the Builder app but lets rewind and talk about how we got here. My client entrusted me in taking their Shopify site headless. Out of the few apps that had capabilities, Builder.io was chosen because of it's versatility. My client's platform is mainly e-commerce so stability and high availability is a must and user experience is a must because after all, that's the whole purpose of a page builder right? To make it easy for end users to create pages. 10's of thousands of dollars later, the website is launched and it's been bug after bug after bug. It's unbelievable that they are actually charging users for this. Yes their support responds but responding is half the battle. Actually fixing the issues is the other half and this is where they are lacking. It's to a point where, i have to find and implement an alternative for my client which has to be paid out of my pocket because it's the right thing to do. I went as far as reaching out to the co-founder of Builder.io where he directed me to their partner team(Not sure how a partner team would help a support issue) . After an issue that occurred Sept 4 where as the website experienced a crash, i've concluded that Builder.io is just not a stable platform.

Very helpful customer support albeit it does take a bit of time for them to respond. I was having quite a few issues with the app which they offered alternative solutions to, for which I am very grateful.
