My product arrived fast
My product arrived fast. I have read reviews from ppl not recieving their products so I was a little worried, but in the end all went well.
The only improvement suggested is to give more visibility on the dispatch/delivery..

Delivery cost was more than the cap…
Delivery cost was more than the cap ends I ordered. They would have fitted into an envelope with a second class stamp for £1 rather than the £5.99 delivery cost!!! I even called and spoke to someone about it but was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Great service experience
My enquiry was delt with knowledgeable staff about a product. They even sent a free sample1st class to review item.
I then ordered a 2.5mtr length of "Fether Edge Weatherboard" which arrived by 1st class delivery.
