Dropshipping debt - BEWARE!!
I had been using Bulk Mobiles dropshipping service for a few months, and was broadly happy with it (although their delivery times were often slower than quoted). That was until July, when they failed to fulfil more than 70 orders which I had placed with them, at a cost of several thousands of pounds. Unlike previous cancelled orders, they have said they are unable to refund me due to an "extremely stressful cashflow position". I have asked them for a repayment proposal and some reasonable payments towards the amount owed, but they have not replied.
Avoid at all costs.
I recently had a highly concerning experience with Bulk Mobiles that I feel compelled to share. After being offered a position as a Social Media and Events Manager, I was asked to provide sensitive personal documents such as proof of ID, proof of address, National Insurance number, and my passport. Despite submitting these documents promptly, the company has gone silent, and my attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful.
There are several critical issues I encountered:
Non-Working Phone Lines: Both provided phone numbers are consistently non-functional, making it impossible to reach anyone for clarification or updates.
Limited Email Communication: All HR and private matters are handled via generic email addresses (sales@ and info@), which is highly unprofessional and raises serious privacy concerns.
Lack of Response: Since submitting my documents, there has been no follow-up or confirmation, leading me to worry about the potential misuse of my personal information.
Data Protection Concerns: The handling of sensitive personal data under the guise of a job offer, without any further communication, is alarming and seems to be a violation of data protection regulations.
This experience has made me question the trustworthiness and integrity of Bulk Mobiles. I would advise others to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this company or sharing any personal information.

The phone I ordered was a red, after 11 days I had not received anything from them. When I emailed them I received a phone call saying that the colour didn’t apply! Then my phone sat at the warehouse for another week!!!

I was referred by a friend who had good track record and excellent customer service with Bulk mobiles. And I can testify Great customer service. I'm new to FBA, and I needed few clarification in regards to order from Bulk mobiles. I spoke to Ricky and he provided helpful tips.

Not New...
I clicked on the initial link because it was advertised as brand new but suffice to say it's really not. The description even says new. It's clearly been used, the keypad is scratched and there's some gunk in the little motorola symbol. On top of that it's not even the same phone advertised on the page. The photo was an all silver phone I got a black and silver phone. The delivery was late. I was told to give it 6-8 business days, which I did, but by the 8th day I still hadn't received word. They said it was running late, which fine, times are tough, but yeah. Offered me a £5 refund which I accepted but I don't think I ever got it. The box came pretty badly dented, almost like someone had stepped on it. I chalked it up to damage in transit but suffice to say between that, and the rattling of the contents inside, it just seemed a bit sketchy. The phone works but it does glitch every now and then and have to restart. Overall not a great experience with this site. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
UPDATE 9/13/2022
I am now looking for a new phone because this one is glitchy and is going bad on me. The screen keeps going fuzzy and glitchy and I am constantly having to restart the phone after sending texts. Sometimes it goes fuzzy the second it reboots. Bad phone, bad service, that's all I have to say.

Genuinely Dissapointed.
I bought a phone from bulk mobile sales and when it arrived it was faulty, I returned it on 18th july by recorded delivery and I'm still waiting for my replacement as of 8th August. I paid for the phone over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my replacement. It cost me £7.05 to send it back as advised by the post office clerk and I will only be reimbursed £5.05 of that cost. Still awaiting an email to let me know what's happening about my replacement. Very dissapointing all round,i would not use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Follow up: - after sending back my phone with the tracking number and return address on the envelope, the people at bulk mobile sales were unable to figure out where it had come from so did not send me out a replacement phone, they then emailed me and insinuated that it was my fault because i had not put the order number on the envelope, which was never mentioned or asked for hither to. I have never encountered Bungling ineptitude on this level before in adults. Worst internet purchase experience I've ever had. DO NOT INTERACT ON ANY LEVEL WITH BULK MOBILE SALES.

3rd phone I have brought from Bulk…
3rd phone I have brought from Bulk Mobile. One phone had an issue with the battery as it was draining too fast. Emailed them and they sent my guidelines on how to return. Didn't hear back so called them on +44 0333 011 5875 took a couple of try's but I did get though to them. Spoke to Darren and he was super helpful and confirmed the funds was returned and shared the date. Checked my statement and refund was indeed there. I would use again.

The false answering bot
Initially everything was looking legit.
The problems arised when the phone has developed the serious fault, I have been asking for refund. Then they told me to send the faulty device back, but first I had to buy the special insurance, hence 14 day warranty. So I bought the insurance which costed me around £50 the phone was bought for around £200. Than I sent via signed service. They lie that didn't received any parcel from me, I checked the Tracking number and it clearly shows that the package has been collected from the post office. They answer after many days and emails later. Their answers looks like a copy and paste and contains false statements that they refunded the whole amount but the date which they provide is earlier than my demand for money back. AVOID - they will do false excuses and asking you for additional payment and then they will respond the same false answer like before + another false excuses.
This is a fraudulent company. Impossible to get the one honest answer. It is looking like a bot driven scam-shop

Really unhelpful customer service
At first, I was happy with the website and process of buying, but following delivery issues the customer service were impossible to get a hold of by phone and extremely unhelpful via email - this has gone on for months now. Due to the delays caused by this poor communication my lost order couldn't be tracked down and now my emails are going unanswered by the same customer service address. Disappointing.

They did not have the item I wanted so they offered me a similar one for a slightly higher price I decided to decline and asked for a refund which was paid within 2 to 3 working days and no questions asked

Despite my reservations I returned the cheap knock off ipad keyboard (which was advertised as Apple) before I got a refund.
Guess what?
Weeks later no refund!
Don't waste your hard earned money go to a company with a bit of integrity.

Mis-selling old phones as new
I ordered from this seller (via Amazon) what was advertised as a new Samsung A70 and it arrived the next day. I contacted Samsung directly to check the phone’s warranty status by providing the IMEI number from the unopened packaging. The 2-yr warranty had already expired *eleven months* months prior to my order!
I shall let readers make their own minds up as to whether that phone was new or not.
Oddly, they did not provide an invoice and when I asked for one they said, “In terms of invoice we cannot provide at this time as we are not currently VAT registered.” They also ignored my request that they provide their trading name and business address in the UK.
When I pressed them again for an invoice, I eventually received one and it showed that, contrary to their earlier claim, they were indeed VAT registered as Bowse Consultancy Ltd, Company number 11945850, VAT Number GB 366779044, trading as Bulk Mobiles. On Amazon however, they call themselves Mobile Tech World.
Mobile Tech World or Bulk Mobiles UK do not acknowledge your statutory rights as a consumer and try to hide behind the claim that they are a reseller rather than a retailer. They would have you believe that the warranty for your item is only 14 days. This is deception, as your full statutory rights as a consumer apply.
Don’t fall for their upbeat responses to critical reviews either. They want to appear helpful when they are anything but.
The above should be ringing lots of alarm bells with any prospective customer so please take note.
If you trade with this company you are taking a great risk. Best to stick to Samsung approved sellers.

I have an email from you dated 10 May 2022 sent from ‘Mobile Tech World - Amazon Marketplace’, to which you attached the invoice I asked for. That invoice is issued in the name of Bulk Mobiles UK and includes the individual bank account details for both BACS and international transfer payments to you.
You’re not fooling anyone.

Blackberry Keyone, not sure it is real
So this is a review written under a year on from my purchase and I don't really know what to think. I bought a Blackberry Keyone and something felt weird about the phone I received. I still have my old Keyone and when I compare them they are very similar but I can't help but feel/suspect that the one I received may be fake. The back of the phone is a rubberized material on my old one, but the one I received from Bulk Mobiles is a hard brittle plastic. I unfortunately did drop the phone, and the brittle plastic snapped to expose the battery and other bits, whereas this would not happen with my old Keyone. Before I dropped it this plastic had already started cracking around the borders just from normal use. The camera glass has since cracked without being dropped and The blackberry logo itself has started seperating from the back of the phone which is strange. I will also mention that the phone was very slow and glitchy from quite early on and I am now looking to replace it after about 10 months of having it. Also the top of the phone has come off exposing all sorts of internal stuff, overall I can't say anything for certain but something seems off and suspect about the phone, I can't help but wonder if it is real. That being said, it was quite cheap and a phone of some sort did arrive and it does work, just not very well. I have been put off purchasing from this company in the future and therefore I can't really recommend them to anyone with confidence.
