Interactive chat and internet search limiting the possibilities to what is actually available in 3/16" nylon ropes, the suggestion and the price was right and the candidate back anchor rope arrived within a few days. Will try it out over the weekend.

Great service and delivered in a timely matter

Quick service and delivery. Great product descriptions and advice as to what type of rope to use for my 1914 barn hay trolley

The rope was very good quality and was delivered quickly.

Helpful in descriptions of different braids of rope to help me find what I was looking for.

this was a $3300 order. We bought 9each 1-5/16 inch lines 84 ft long and were to have a 24 inch inside diameter loop spliced on each. We received 9 lines with 12 in loop. i talked with Matt and told him to check the chat where it was spelled out and said we can return or have a local shop put the right spliced, Local shop would have been $340 which was more than Hercules charged but we were will to settle on getting the splicing refund. Matt said he would attend to it before day end. That was four days ago. I caution user with big purchases using Shop because their platform does not do descripted detail on invoices.
